Nick has been our family and extended families go to Handyman for repairs and installation services for over 20 years in South Florida, Central Florida, and, thankfully, after a recent relocation, in NW Florida. He is a wealth of knowledge, courteous, kind, and considerate. However, more importantly, he is honest with his customers regarding their project needs. He can do individual jobs, or you can hire him for the day to do lots of small ones at a reasonable price which, when you are elderly, are very helpful or if you're on your own, and have had lots of minor things piling up for a while. Give him a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We have never been. read more

My ONLY reservation in recommending Nick and his team is that he will get even busier and less available. If he does, its definitely worth the wait! #NickGetsItDone is a company that lives up to its name. I have used them for years both at home and in my company's offices and in all cases, I have been 110% satisfied. Nick has done interior and exterior (whole house) painting, fence repairs and gate replacement, replaced all exterior door hardware on our home, replaced exterior doors, sealed our paver driveway and more. Another project is scheduled soon. In addition to excellent quality work, Nick's customer satisfaction and clear communication are tops as well. I often find that before work begins, we have "task analysis" discussions... I share my goals and Nick contributes his years of expertise to define expected results and then, Nick Get's It Done! All of this at prices that I consider more than fair for Nick's quality work. read more

I've had Nick do several odd jobs. Most recently he repainted my home. He replaced rotting wood and siding. There was great attention to detail and he continually checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied. He's quite busy so I did have to wait a bit on his schedule, but it was well worth it. He does one job at a time so he is attentive to that customer and focused on the job at hand. read more

Nick came over to do a small job fixing and installing my new my bed room door. He was friendly and an expert at what he does. He was in and out in about 30 minutes, he also vacuumed and swept up the mess. Also he was very inexpensive. I would call him again and recommend to my friends! read more

I had recently moved into my new home and with all new homes moving things in can be a very accidental time as well as finding out whats really wrong with your new home. Needless to say two huge holes and broken dishwasher was my punishment. Nick was recommended to me by a close family member, so I gave him a call and scheduled an appointment for him to come and take a look at the damage. Nick was extremely efficient, organized and friendly. He came in to replace a window. He did such a great job with that, that we just started looking around at miscellaneous things that needed to be done, and he did them all. He painted a fence, replaced it's hardware, changed a faucet, hung a towel rod, changed a door knob, hung a closet door, fixed another one, installed a new a/c thermostat and hung a curtain rod. He did all of this in two days, including having to run to Home Depot a couple times. I highly recommend him. read more

Nick (the owner) and his crew built an amazing deck around our pool for us last year, and we called him back because we thought it would be great to have a gazebo off the end of our deck for an outdoor bar. We were just as impressed this time around as last and had to tell the world. In fact, while he was doing the gazebo he had one of his guys do a fresh coat of Thompson's water seal on the deck.
