waited nearly 2 months for a pool timer and nearly a month for a lateral in pool sand filter. These parts could have been within a few days max from my research. They wouldn't answer messages or return calls to discuss why! Can't comment on how good their work is, but when someone doesn't respond after they take your service call fee and accept the work from the warranty company, that's not a good sign. Fortunately, my warranty company cancelled him and reassigned. read more

We have people call us 3 days later and act like it is normal. So anyway we started looking for a person we could trust. After 2 years we finally found Shelia. Here's were you better sit down! When she tells you she will be there at 9 am on Monday, she pulls in your driveway at that time!! If she is going to be 30 minutes late because of a emergency repair, she calls to let you know. The quality of her work is first class. She has repaired plumbing, electrical, sprinklers systems, ceiling fans, toilet repair, replaced a water heater, installed a rain gutter and replaced boards on our back deck. If the job is too big like replacing a air conditioner, she will recommend a business that she has first hand experience with. One very important final point is her fairness. Her rate is very reasonable because she wants to keep you as a client. She understands how important word of mouth is to a business.
