She was extremely helpful AND knowledgeable on all of the policies that State Farm has to offer as well as able to explain in detail about what each policy covers. Been with Nick and his team for about 4 years or so and no claims or issues. I was extremely welcomed by Nick and I paid my premiums. I had a question about a potential claim and ran it by Nick, this is when the 5 star service started. He contacted my storage unit (I had tons of water damage everything from my dad's naturalization paperwork from Italy to years of documents, tax returns and receipts) asked great questions, did the math for me on filing a claim or not and left the discussion up to me. The saddest part is losing my dads documents. Being on the 2nd floor I thought it would have be safe. Anyways, highly recommend Nick and his team! I am updating this review because the claims department continues to lag. I was rear ended on June 20th and as of 9/15/2020 state farm has yet to pay out on my police! Due to state farms in ability to process claims in a timely manor I have been forced to make two payments on a totaled vehicle. The only time state farm makes progress with my claim is when I sit on the phone and micro manage my claim handler. read more

Keep raising my rates. Been with State Farm for 20 years. When I ask, they say that Clark County State Farm loses money and always does. What does that mean to me? Also, you still have jobs and are getting my residuals. What's the math on that for 250 months worth of payments? I'm assuming you aren't paid for performance?? Asked to see if my Honda Motor corp lease insurance levels could be lowered. Was told to ask Honda. I guess that looking it up for me---or knowledge of Honda leasing minimums is out of a insurance representatives scope....come on!!! They do not provide service and don't care about people.
