Now, that might be because I'm female. It might be because I've been down there repeatedly to get him to redo work on a vehicle my parents had done. That was 18 mos ago!! My stepfather passed away while Scott still had the vehicle. Transmission, so that was $$$$. Scott brought it up for my mom. A week later, my mother went to move it, put it in reverse, and it wouldn't go backward!! My sister was visiting from FL and took her down to Scott's to tell him about it. He had his own personal problems for a few months, so my mom let it be so he could work through his problems. Then she began calling him again and he had never returned one phone call!!!! I've moved to my mom's to care for her since my stepdad passed away and Scott has been nothing but dismissive and unconcerned anytime I've stopped in! My mother wants him to finish what he started, but I would NEVER use this man as my mechanic!! I had expected more from a small town business .... what they say about small towns definitely is not true!!!

I spoke with them and they couldn't have been nicer. I texted them a picture of the battery and they were able to replace it. We made as plan for them to come in the morning as it was already supper time. In the a'm. their truck was right on time. The tech checked the battery before removing it, as indeed it was dead. I was very happy with Larabee.
