Anywhoo... this place is nice enough but its definitely more a family shop then professional office location is in a south Schaumburg strip mall and seems oddly designed. The admin staff seem okay but had a habit of not returning calls for 3 or so days which I was not a fan of in terms of service level. Loved Siena (dentist daughter) she was very cool and fun to chat with... her Dad was alright but seemed to over-explain basic dental procedures which made me think the demographics of clients were not critical thinkers... Ultimately though I think it wasnt a good fit after a year of trying their services... others might like the practice though.

Although there have been many opportunities to do procedures that would have greatly enhanced their profit margin, they have always spared us unnecessary dental work, and have gone out of their way to preserve and improve our teeth and gums. One of the dentists on staff even worked on an unusual dental problem I had on her own time and free of charge. The dental hygienists here, most notably, Jill, are absolutely top-notch. They are thorough, knowledgeable, very friendly, and put you at ease, while finding the best ways to minimize pain and discomfort.
