We had to pay out of pocket AGAIN for another cut and strip/recolor with a competent stylist. Stylist was rushed, stuck another haircut in the middle of our appointment, started 30 minutes late, and ran out of color. Save yourself the tears. Go somewhere else.

Apparently you have to have a certain type of hair to get your hair done here. My daughter is mixed…read moreso her hair in full and curly, I came in at 615pm asking for a cut and blow dry. The receptionist "or stylist" said it would be an hour wait so I'm like ok.. because my daughter has a birthday party she wanted to go to the next day. The waiting area was full so we waited in the car. Came back at 640pm she was 3rd in line but there was still no where to sit so we went back to the car. At 650pm we tried to get back in but the doors were locked o.O . Someone came to the door and stated that we are closed are not taking anymore customer, so I'm like we're already on the list and was told to come back in an hour .. we waited for an hour for you to close the doors and lock us out... no one told us the doors would close at 7pm on top of the fact that it wasn't even 7 yet. What really took the cake is when she said in front of my daughter, "with hair like hers it would take us 2hrs to do" ... so basically you really didn't want to do her hair so you locked the doors as soon as we left the first time so you wouldn't have to and made of this stupid excuse to why you cant do it. This sickens me and my daughter was extremely hurt and bothered by it. I have no words for their actions, if your child is mixed just go somewhere else because obviously its going to take them "2hrs" and they don't have time for that.
