All of that would be less than 3 hrs, or not much longer than they already spent but they wanted another $1000. I declined to spend another $1000 and received a bill for $275 instead of $175 and was told by Energy Solutions that "He spent quite a bit of time." Quoted $175, received no additional diagnosis or repair, and had to pay $275 for nothing of value. No, I don't recommend this company.

Called in January and it was finally fixed the end of April. They previously worked on the AC which took 3 months. The technicians are all great and do the work well. It's just hurry up and wait with this company. This is the company my warranty provides. Also I had to pay for permits and code upgrades and testing. I only saw them install parts and check to see if they worked. That was over $3500 that I had to pay.

I contacted them and told them how my cooler was too high in temperature and needed to be fixed asap. I asked them if they can come as soon as tomorrow since it was already 9pm but they told me they could come in that same night within 30 minutes! I was surprised they could accommodate with it being so late because most businesses are closed by 5-6pm. They showed up. Figured out the problem. Solved the problem. And gave me a great price! I was so grateful for how fast their service was and their price that they are now my new go-to refrigeration company. When the service and pricing is as great as G2 mechanical, it's waa no brainer. 10/10 recommend for any refrigeration needs or repairs!
