Though, like I mentioned before it's about the food, not how the building looks. My favorite is the spicy white meat chicken that comes straight out of the hot grease. As soon as you bite into the protein, your mouth and tongue is excited to know you chose the right place to dine in besides Popeyes down the way. Spices marinating the whole chicken masked in disguise even with the brown crunchy skin. Just thinking of it my mouth is watering. Even the fries are delicious--Cajun style that doesn't skip a bathing of seasonings, not an over abundance, but just right.

The hot box is excellent here, though you need to get in early to enjoy it as it closes sometime between 3-4. The hot box, not the store. The store closes on some serious southern "ish" time. Ordering from a gas station I was unsurprisingly raising my eyebrow wondering how good this stuff could actually be- but don't let the exterior fool you, this is some of the best Indian food you'll get in the South. Every food they offer is perfect and they will always cater it to your spice level. There isn't a listed menu and what's available changes daily, so you either have to check their Facebook page (spice and curry on FB) or DoorDash to see what's available, but the staff will be equally receptive if you order in the restaurant. It's the kind of place that I'd be at regularly if I lived in Vicksburg, because even with how good the food was, the staff are quick to make conversation and be friendly.
