It is a joke, we bought a couch there over a month ago and it has pulls on the sofa. They said that…read moreI would have to go to their third party service and put the service technician call in. They will not stand behind their product sold. I want the couch out but now we are stuck with it. What an aweful place to buy your products from NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ONE STAR IS FLATTERING FOR THIS COMPANY…read more I purchased a floor model stackable washer and dryer from The Burlington store. They shipped it still stacked. During delivery they broke it. The delivery guys did not unwrap it because they said it had come apart and it would be dangerous. The delivery guys were very late almost 8 pm. They did not remove the plastic to investigate they were only interested in getting home after starting at 7 am that morning. I had no way of lowering the unit until my son came over 3 days later. We removed the plastic wrap and found three out of the four screws had been ripped out of the washer damaging the washer and making it impossible to lower. There was no manual for the stacking kit explaining how to detach It is still sitting in my living room. The Brick has said that it is past the 24 hour mark from delivery and has done nothing to help me They have my phone number and they have not called. They said it was a warranty issue when clearly it isn't. Unfortunately I did not use visa. I used their card to get a 4 % rebate to use on future purchases. DO NOT USE THEIR CREDIT if you do find something you really like. It comes with no protection. They responded saying to email them. It looks nice but it does not take you anywhere. If you have any integrity you can call me. You know the number.

Paid around $400 to have our pool 'opened' for the summer. Please refer to photo!!…read more The outcome of our pool being 'opened by Pioneer Pool' is a ripped off winter tarp, and now all of the leaves & debris in the bottom of our pool, still green. We assumed they were coming back as they left a few tools. When I called MULTIPLE times, and left MULTIPLE voicemails asking when/if they were coming back I didn't receive any response. I had to go through the 'customer curbside pickup' prompt to finally get directed to someone in service. ...and to quote her; 'We don't have the manpower to open pools like other companies, we can only remove the cover and prime.' Even after my shock l, I exclaimed this wasn't acceptable and she just said 'sorry this should've been explained to you.' It's inexcusable. We also (clearly) didn't get the chemicals we paid extra for. Strongly considering reporting them to the better business bureau

I reached out to Pioneer Family Pools in Burlington last September for a new pool liner. I paid a…read moredeposit of $100 for the measurement. They did not show up as scheduled, but did enter my back yard without permission in order to measure the pool. They did not measure the pool as there was water behind the liner and told me they would return in the Spring. They never called, so I went in to find out what was going on in May this year. They (Meg) asked me to take pictures, which I did, and sent them to her. Meg then instructed me to drain the pool and remove the liner myself, so they can measure. I had no problem with draining the water. However, in order for Pioneer to replace the liner, they would have had to remove it. Meg said since they had already came to measure the pool, they refused to come a second time unless I paid them $165. I escalated the concern, but the manager (Adam) was more concerned with defending Meg than resolving my concerns. There is more to it, but this provides the details. Copied the owner, Corey, but no response.
