She sells those behind the counter. I think this is a GOOD idea, honestly, and haven't really seen it happen in liquor stores, so I like it. I hope she keeps doing this - maybe have an option where we can pay $2 for a shot to add in there. (Please consider this upsell) Only con: I like my prices posted on the item or the shelf so that I can make my decision right there. We had to take things up to the counter to get them priced.
