Made it to a gas station in Campbell and my Tahoe shut down completely. Called Dalton with Kirby Automotive and he quoted a price and said give him about 30 minutes and he would be there. He showed up in the time frame he quoted, loaded my Tahoe on the flatbed and towed it to Cooper with me and my momma riding as a passenger. Dalton is very polite and respectful. These guys are based out of India and I know it was them because they are the only ones I gave my CC details to and I don't save CC info on my phone. They send a link to prepay for the tow, but the link was not letting me process my payment after multiple attempts. She kept pushing to just give her the CC details, so I reluctantly gave her that info and it goes through first try without an issue. Two days later and all these charges are racking up on my CC. Fishy. Be careful. Edit: It's been 3 days since writing this review and they are now spam calling/texting my phone from different numbers and no caller ID's. I know this because they left voicemails/texts saying it's High Noon Hauling. They've used 5 different numbers now. Very unprofessional.

Today it looks like I need to replace 2 tires before I hit a nasty pothole and can pop them. I checked into this nice place about 11:20 am and the man said there would be an wait. I agreed to it because some big truck stops or other places it could take 6 or more hours and that's just to get in. At any rate 2 hours go by and he has me pull into the middle bay and changed the trailer tire fast. I turned my truck around so he could get to the other and it turned into a 3 hour project. They do have a nice tv lounge for customers that has coffee or hot chocolate and leather chairs to watch tv. There is a truck stop next door that has McDonald's if your hungry. They finished 2 tires within 5 hours but were very nice people and friendly. The price of $800 for 2 tires is just awesome so I'm not going to complain. They are very busy and take you in the order if you don't have an appointment. So maybe call 1st for an appointment to cut down on time waiting.

Sometimes the employees swarm all over your car and get you in and out with vacuumed carpets in a mater of minutes. Other times it was a bit slow, but still adequate. Most of the times I've been there, they've been helping random people out in the lot. Usually people that coasted in on a flat tire, but also a little old lady that needed her rust-bucket buick's glove box fixed ASAP.

I had no option but to pull over to the side of the highway that barely had a shoulder. I had my 2 babies under 2 and my dog. I was so worried about the safety as we were in a horrible spot but I could not do anything. My insurance roadside assistance said it would take 90 mins. I called roadside assistance on the back of my drivers license they also said it could take 60-90 mins. Mikey Towing saw me on the side of the road on his way to get breakfast and out of the goodness of his heart, he stopped to help me and mentioned he had to stop as I was in a very unsafe spot. He waited as I had family come get my kids. He got us towed about 3 miles to Discount Tire. My husband and I asked how we can pay him. He gave us such a great price. He is God sent and got us out of a terrible spot to a safe location. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mikey Towing!!
