The leasing office even confirmed that visitors don't need permits. Texas law requires towing signs at every entrance before a tow can be authorized. None existed. Yet Spartan still removed my vehicle. When I reached out, they didn't address the legality of the tow at all. They sent a copy‑and‑paste "claims department" email that had nothing to do with the issue. No explanation, no accountability, no transparency.
