I asked to speak to someone about consignments---she said nothing and put the phone down next to where she must have been working. I could hear the transaction and conversation. And then she hung up the phone--and I called back three times with same results. I am going in to speak to the manager. BTW -this is facilitated by my church. I have donated so much to this store and encouraged others to do the same. My question was regarding consignments. I hate that I felt I needed to share this experience.

You can park along the street, as there are no signs prohibiting it, but the vehicles do block the majority of the right lane. We were greeted upon entry and checked on during our perusing, but before entering we were also greeted by a Calico cat on the ramp leading to the entry door. They demanded a tax in the form of pets, which of course my wife had to oblige. The place is an older two-story home, which was obvious by the creeks of the floorboards. They have a lot of items to look at, which we love in a store; however, it would seem they are more geared to children with all the holiday items from Easter, to Halloween and Christmas. In the beginning, we were not impressed because the holiday items seemed to overwhelm the senses and draw attention from the actual antiques we were there to find, but the place eventually grew on us. Unfortunately, we did not find that had to have item and even though we enjoyed the time, we will not be adding this place to our favorites list to return yearly.

The prices were much higher too. I normally walk out with something, nope put the 2 items back!! I hope this change won't happen to the other locations.
