Then they called me when they were 25 minutes from being to my place. They showed up, they put their booties on their shoes, were very professional looking, and were fast , and clean while inside my home. They did an excellent job and that's why I have them out every year. This is my 3rd year and it won't by my last year calling Aladdin's.

However, the main complaint is that, aside from taking 6 days to do what she said would be 3, she has essentially stolen our living room closet door. WHO STEALS A DOOR! During one of many discussions about other projects, refinishing cabinets and doors came up. Kayla stated that she could take the door home and and do a test spot. Days past and she failed to return with the door even after being asked several times. She eventually finished the job and once again promised she would have the door back the night she finished but then ghosted us. POOF. Gone. Multiple attempts were made to contact Kayla and the only time she responded was when she took offense to something Something like being called out for ghosting us or not responding or being unprofessional. Another time legal action was threatened and she responded like she was the victim and stated shed be blocking us until when was out of the hospital. but, to no ones surprise, that never happened. So ive filed with the Sates Attorney Generals consumers protection agency and just filed a small claims complaint. Hopefully this helps. AVOID KAYLA VRADENBURG AT ALL COSTS! SHE IS A THEIF!!
