He gave me a line of B.S. when I first started talking to him saying that he was all about customer service and he would return all of my phone calls. He didn't. He would say he was going to get back to you the next day and I had to track him down day after day. I was trying to secure a homepath loan but didn't qualify. He asked me if I wanted to see if I could qualify for a FHA loan. I said sure how long would this take. He said one day. That was two weeks ago and he's never called me back. My attorney spoke to him and he said he was no longer my broker. THANKS FOR THE PROFESSIONALISM HENRY! I would not recommend Platinum to anyone. The fact that they cannot provide you with uodates regarding where your martgage is at is just unacceptable.
