I have not been reached back out to from this company. I had another vendor tell us to let go of cupkeyk as a vendor if I haven't heard back. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

He helped us schedule the day to make the most of our time while still being mindful of the flow. We had a few special requests, like a photoshoot with our dog Bowie on the Embarcadero, and he made it all happen seamlessly. He also planned ahead to capture us at sunset overlooking the Bay Bridge, which turned into one of our favorite shots. We originally chose Robin for his incredible candid photography (since we're not naturals at posing), and we are so glad we did! Even our guests commented on how many wonderful candids he captured. At the same time, he guided us through posed photos when needed and brought a creative vision that went far beyond the basics we had in mind.
