She was able to get me a sample, the letter I needed, and followed up when she didn't need to. She was empathetic and understanding about how frustrated I was at the same time making sure I could get a sample for my daughter. It was extremely relieving that I was finally making traction and it was reassuring that she was in my corner to help me and go above and beyond. Sandra needs a raise!
