I found this out by both driving past the office and that voice/emails had a different name attached. I didn't care for this at all. Also, I no longer live near that dentist, so I decided to look for a new one. I found Laurich Dentistry online and checked the reviews, and decided to try it. First of all, the office is bright and cheery. The waiting room is large and inviting. And the staff all seems happy; I heard a lot of laughing while I was there. The second thing is that, instead of old posters, they actually have TWO televisions in the rooms -- one on the wall and one on the ceiling -- so that you can completely relax during the appointment. I don't get nervous at the dentist, but I found this to be very much a patient-centered idea. Third, they were extremely thorough. They took several different kinds of x-rays and 3D images of my teeth. Both the hygienist (whose name I've forgotten, but I believe it starts with an A -- I want to say Aziza?) and Dr. Matt went over with me what they saw. I've never seen my teeth like that before! One of the things that I really appreciated was that the hygienist realized that I have a small mouth, so rather than making me jam the larger x-ray device in my mouth (which has always been uncomfortable in the past), she found a smaller one. I am so glad that I decided to change dentists. I wish I'd started going here sooner.

When I met Dr. Matt, he of course, was very friendly and professional plus explained in detail exactly what he would be doing and made sure I understand what was going to happen . He always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The procedure actually went quite well. I am very happy that I had. Dr. Matt to do the implants and I definitely would recommend him.

I'll miss the dentists, but not the people behind the desk. Update: I never got a refund nor were any records sent. I paid all of my family's balance before I canceled all of our future visits. If you'd like to call me with proof, I'll happily apologize and take my review down. It was never about the money, it was the attitude of the back office worker that ruined the relationship. Even if a refund was offered, I would not have accepted. I would have accepted a phone call and an apology though.

I called the manager who said not refunds given and it will go away in 2-3 weeks ! It should not happen if person who injects Botox or Juviderm in your face knows what she is doing. There was no refund of the over $31k I spent at this office because it was told in a letter that my case was finished and he stands behind his work? Because I am a diabetic, I was concerned about the infection. Also, I informed and showed Dr. Zerba my bite guard that I wear at night, due to excessive teeth grinding. 8/3/26, root canal done successfully and told results were sent to Dr. Zerba's office, who would follow up with me regarding next steps. 8/5/26, I called Dr. Zerba's office and spoke with Jill who confirmed that office did not have my report from Endodontics Associates. I immediately called Endodontics Associates who confirmed results were emailed, and they would email again. Called Dr. Zerba's office back and spoke with Jill again who confirmed that she had received results, and that Dr. Zerba would call me back to explain next steps. Never heard back from the office or Dr. Zebra, my tooth has cracked, I got another infection and now told by another dentist that I need an extraction. I have always taken excellent care of my teeth and blessed to have had all my teeth. This is very disappointing and heartbreaking. This office was highly recommended by my previous dentist.
