We called and were promptly given an appointment to see the doctor the very next day. The doctor determined the nature of my problem, proposed a treatment plan, and in short order deftly and painlessly removed the offending tooth. Dr McFadden and his staff turned out to be real professionals. I was very pleased and impressed with the competent care I received from Dr McFadden and the kindness and attentiveness of his staff, especially Kathy, Jen and Sam. I would also like to comment that the Specialized Surgeons of Howell office is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. And we have had many dentists, dso's etc.in our lifetime and Dr. Stanford, in addition to Sheiva is not only a great dentist but one of the nicest caring professional I have ever met. I've had five teeth pulled at various times in my life, and this is the best experience I've had. Admittedly most of the others were pulled at the U-M Dental School, so this was bound to be an improvement. Everyone was as warm and friendly as can be. He listened and addressed my concerns. Leading up to the date of surgery, the office called me several times to confirm and go over all instructions. I was very nervous the day of surgery and the staff and doctor put me at ease. I had IV sedation which made the procedure very comfortable. I left the office with clear and conscience instructions. The follow up instructions are very detailed telling me what to do throughout the day. Dr Gulati called me the evening of my surgery and staff called the following day. I would highly recommend this office and doctor.

Dr. Gulati knew exactly what to do, and removed the gland with no nerve issues or ill effects after. I received nitrous for my procedure. Today I came back for another issue. Dr. Gulati did a wonderful job of explaining the causation and treatment path, and his expertise was clearly evident. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and how he would correct it. So glad I found and use this office!!
