All the ladies are friendly, patient, and well-informed on all lotions and equipment. Towels are always well stocked and rooms are always very clean. Prices and bundles are comparable to other tanning salons. Signing up, account upgrading, account freezing, account restarting, and cancelling are a total breeze in-store. I've never been charged random fees or been tricked into paying for an extra month. I recently opted to freeze over the winter. When I came back, my $28 in freezing fees were converted to store credit, which I put toward a new lotion on a 50% off deal. There was no reactivation fee, and my same unlimited rate was honored. I'm very happy I made this switch. I feel appreciated as a customer here.

I knew how to hold my arms/wrists better to avoid creases, knowing to ask my spray artist to wipe my wrists after, and prepping better like exfoliating and moisturizing (do not skip this). I was consistent with exfoliating and lotion for 5 days prior to my second tan and it came out way better than the first. Both spray artists I had were polite and comfortable to be around since you gotta stand there naked lol. I will say since I am very pale to begin with it was a good choice going with their "clear coat" spray to avoid looking orange. There were some pictures I'm seeing from the wedding that make me look oranger than others but overall I was happy with how it turned out.

It has been since October 2019 since I wrote my first review of Nicole's Vanity. Since then, I have gone to her for 2 facial services and bought product. I had never gotten a facial before but Nicole put me right at ease. She asked what my skin concerns are (hyperpigmentation, dry skin) and she explained how the products she was using would help address those concerns. She also asked me if I was comfortable throughout the appointment which I thought was nice. Anyway, I enjoyed the facials so much I decided to buy product from her on 3 different occasions now. (I want to point out that she has never pressured me to purchase products, which had been a fear of mine especially at bigger spa chains). The most recent time I purchased product has been during quarantine; she delivered the products to my mailbox and included a couple of samples with a handwritten note for how to use everything. I can't think of any practitioner (hair, skin etc) who would go so out of her way to serve her customers. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking for a truly professional esthetician. read more

You really could not ask for a better makeup artist than Nicole. I got married last weekend and she did my make up, my maid of honor's makeup, and my mother's. Our makeup turned out really well, we all wanted a very natural look and Nicole was able to do this successfully. Our faces looked great in the photos, and we got non stop compliments. I generally wear no makeup, and I have sensitive skin. Nicole and I remained in contact months before my wedding. Did you know she sterilizes all her tools before using it on you? She is very clean, washes her hands before touching your face, and she has makeup that is clean and puts no oils on your face. Her moisturizer was a big help. I had her do a trial for me for my engagement photos. She has an assortment of colors and palettes, and we were able to explore what I wanted. She is diligent and takes notes and has them ready for the wedding. If I could give her ten stars, I would. I was very very pleased with my makeup. read more

Nicole was recommended by my day of coordinator and she is truly amazing. I am so grateful she was my wedding make-up artist. She was so respectful, fun, honest, outgoing, and just a fun person to be around (which is important on your wedding day!). I am a teacher, so I couldn't spend tons of money, and her prices are very honest and so reasonable. She tells you right away what her prices are, and she had an a la carte menu for family and friends who just wanted eyes done or just lips, etc. My mom, sister, and I got our make-up done and we loved it. Everyone looked gorgeous. She was so warm and welcoming during the trial, and when I told her one switch I wanted to make, she made sure on the day of it was changed. I highly recommend Nicole to all of my friends and family. She did my bridal makeup and the makeup for everyone in my bridal party and everyone looked stunning and was so happy with their look. Plus the makeup looked incredible in pictures and lasted all night! She is extremely professional, easy to get in touch with and so sweet. Nicole was my makeup artist for both my engagement photo session as well as my wedding. Each time the makeup was perfect and the pictures were amazing. She listened to what I wanted, which was just a natural look for each session, and it's exactly what I got. I couldn't be more pleased.
