All the ladies are friendly, patient, and well-informed on all lotions and equipment. Towels are always well stocked and rooms are always very clean. Prices and bundles are comparable to other tanning salons. Signing up, account upgrading, account freezing, account restarting, and cancelling are a total breeze in-store. I've never been charged random fees or been tricked into paying for an extra month. I recently opted to freeze over the winter. When I came back, my $28 in freezing fees were converted to store credit, which I put toward a new lotion on a 50% off deal. There was no reactivation fee, and my same unlimited rate was honored. I'm very happy I made this switch. I feel appreciated as a customer here.

I have had THE worst experience with this company. I got a gift card for 40.00 and was told that I would be able to get a month tanning off of it for free. I went in excited to use the gift card and sign up. The clueless associate told me to sign up for the year long membership at the cheap price of 19.95. I declined because I only wanted it for one month, and I didn't want to pay the cancellation fee I was going to have to pay. I told her once more, I just want to get the month our of the gift card I was told I was going to. She signed me up for the 39.95 dollar membership, all was looking great, I got 10% off and goggles with 5 dollars left on my card. She set me up in a room, and I tanned. When I left, I asked her when the payment would be going through so I had ample time to cancel. She told me April 1. That was in 8 days. I corrected her and said I was told I would get a month. and she said, "yeah, the rest of this month". I didn't want to start a scene, so I decided to call the next day and make her aware of her mistake. When I said I wanted a month, I didn't mean the remainder of this month. The girl on the phone said it was my fault for not being clearer with my question, but really i was the girl that signed me up who completely mislead me. I told her, that if I was told I would only get the remaining month that I would have waited until the first to sign up She was of no help. I called corporate after and was please because they fixed the whole misunderstanding and that I would get my month and only have to pay 10 dollars more but to do it before the 1. No indication why, I assumed that what would be taken out of my account was the remainder. I was WRONG, I went from paying 10, to having 39.99 taken from my account. I called again, she said she would not fix this problem. So now because of incompetence, I have paid 50.00 and am tanning for a month. But lets not forget that I also wasted a gift card. I found the service at this specific site horrific, only one of the girls seems to be helpful and know what she is talking about. Even corporate fails at that. I was also charged twice, so they have taken 80.00 from my account and I have to wait for it to void. which would take a week. I found the service so displeasing and a waste of time. I found a much more reliable place for much cheaper, and they provide you with goggles and excellent customer service. Can't wait to be done with this company. read more

Holler, Sierra, Ashley and Melissa. Especially to the girl that's been working there for the last 25 years who got me to unfreeze my 23 year old account from bacWho looks 25 years old. I think that one is coming. Period. Never mind I don't wanna get it wrong. Sierra! But I don't care who you are in life but if you haven't tanned at Australian tanning in Morgan Hill, then you don't know how it feels to be tired, and sweaty on your way home from work and just really need the 10 min nap. But then come out of the booth feeling like you napped all day in the sand on the beach. And then I look like it too. Thanks to their beyond perfect recommendation for my tanning lotion, Sierra, I feel, and look better than I have in days since the last time I was there. I've been waiting to go off on this place with STARS deluxeness galore am I allowed to show results on here? I don't want some Rival tanning studio recording in getting these 5 star happy clients reviews knocked down to non-recommended, which I am totally suspecting. 5 Star Pl right here. I've been going to this location for almost a year now, about 3 - 5 times per week, after my husband suggested I try the red light. He's been going here for several years and also loves it here. It is just a great experience and we have so much fun making an outing of it. There was a recent manager change, and the new manager, Ashley is just doing an awesome job in training up the staff. The place was really nice before but it is even better than ever now. The salon is very clean and very organized and the flow is terrific if you are doing more than one service. She does a lot of training of the staff to ensure that your experience is great. As a result, when you walk in they know who you are (and call you by name) and they know what you want to do, and are ready to get you started. They do a fantastic job in coordinating the customers so that everyone gets to enjoy their experience with little or no wait time in most cases. I've been to a few of the AT locations, but I prefer to go to this one as the staff is so friendly and the setup of the salon and the convenience is great. But I do want to point out that you can go to all the AT locations depending on your membership and that is really a plus. The manager of the store I believe they call her Lyss assuming her full name is Alyssa. she is beyond rude and should not be a manager or even an employee there. she needs more customer service skills. Terrible!! Once you enroll in a program they make it very difficult to get ou. You have to fill out a form then mail it to their main office! Then you have to wait for a call from them. This is aweful. Why not just cancel at the location you enrolled? Because they want as much money as they can get and want to try to lock you in. Very expensive also. If you cancel they also want the ability to force you to pay for a minimum term. I highly recommend going somewhere else before you get "Locked" in. read more

This review is for all my broke folks who take themselves to the local foot spa that can be hit and miss, in between work hours and picking up kids, and sometimes get the relief they're looking for and sometimes not. This is for my people who know they deserve so much more-- like massages from Cindy. I was referred to her by a friend who lives in Gilroy. I live in San Jose (part of the reason why I don't make it down here as Morgan Hill is a bit of a drive). But this 2nd massage completely convinced me I am missing out on life if I'm not here on a more regular basis (even every 3 months rather than twice a year, lol). So I get the 80 min deep tissue Swedish massage with Cindy. Seeing her this 2nd time, she pulled out her notes and recalled my neck and back pain from a car accident, checked in with how I'm feeling, talked with me through her approach for the day where she would focus on some areas fora good time while making sure to provide full body care. She asked if there was anything else she could do to help me feel at ease and I replied, "your magic is already magic." Her massage table was gently heated beneath the sheets. She offered to increase the heat if I liked, which I agreed to. Helped so much with relaxing my muscles. Her technique is superb. She remembered that while I came in for "deep tissue" massage, I prefer light to medium pressure. Her hands can read where the aches and knots are, and I even become aware of them only at the moment she touches them! Warm. Velvet. Gentle. Firm. Forgiving. Home. That's what her massages feel like. I definitely deserve this. The vibe: thoughtfully themed with butterflies, which personally feels like I'm surrounded by my ancestors. The "tree of life" framed on the wall helps root me.
