Too expensive! stuff is priced higher than retail. Like many thrift stores they look things up and elevate the price.

The store is dirty and cluttered. Lots of shein and temu clothing. I did find a few choice pieces and was waiting in line to pay when the woman at the front made a big show of admiring a customer's trump shirt. Eww. I placed my items back on the rack and left. While on vacation my wife unfortunately badly sprained her knee so I needed to get supplies. While the normal drugstore goods were easy, I also needed to get her a cane. I Yelped thrift stores in Morro Bay, CA and there were a bunch. I called four of them and got either no answer, disconnected number message, or no voice mail set up. WTH!? I called Nifty Thrifty and they answered (yea!) and had canes in stock (double yea!). I drove down and they had a light weight adjustable aluminum cane for 4 bucks. I enjoyed going to nifty thrifty when it was in Los Osos weekly with my son. Ever since it has moved to Morro Bay, all the women are completely rude and don't acknowledge the existence of customers. I've come in a few times now and the staff is always friendly. They have a broad selection of goods, from custom candles to your normal clothing. I was surprised to see as many higher quality goods as I did. I came in to buy an inexpensive pair of jeans for yard work and came away with nice designer jeans for $1, yes they are used for yardwork still. I've been in a couple times with my wife as well and they have almost everything we have been looking for. Great shop to visit for just about anything you need. read more

I agree with some of the other reviewers, the prices here are too high for a thrift store. These items are donated and they are charging antique store prices. They could charge less and some of the stuff would clear out. Broken items for ridiculous prices, if it's broken it's not worth anything IMO. read more

I've gone in this place twice and both times the lady (same woman) up front was very rude. The first time I purchased stuff anyway, thinking maybe she'd just had a bad day. I went in again today and asked what the sale was today (since they have one every day) and she was very rude, again. The owner has been rude beyond belief both times I tried to donate some of my goods. I simply asked her a question and she responded with an attitude between "are you stupid?" and "how dare you ask such a thing!". Of course I moved on to the next thrift store that actually showed great appreciation and has a drop box on top of it. This used to be a great thrift store that we went to regularly. Now her prices are ridiculous! Who's paying $4 for cups and $5 for used shirts. This is a thrift store! Never go anymore, I'm repeatedly disappointed and shocked by how much she is charging for free junk she gets. Such a cute place! Easy to find and they had so many unique things for such a great price. I found a awesome (practically brand new) pottery barn bed set for my daughter for $15! Plus they gave me a discount when I got to the register. I would have stayed a lot longer to get more things but my toddler was getting into stuff lol. She has some great stuff, BUT, the pricing is all over the place. Some things are extremely reasonable, some are absolutely ridiculous. For example, used beat up scarves she prices at $5 that are funky ugly, but next door at Miner's, they are brand new, with fringe, gorgeous and only $4.35. Some things she has marked as vintage. No, those items are not vintage or antique. She is a sweetheart but she needs to learn more about her items and price them accordingly. It is a thrift store, not an antique shop with antique shop prices. Other than that, I enjoy going in there often although most of the time I don't buy anything because it is way over priced. Unless I get lucky and find an item priced reasonably. With that said, she does do a service for Los Osos and I am glad she got a bigger store instead of that tiny cave she was in. read more

Friendly faces and low prices could not make up for not having a single unique or attractive item in the entire store. Yes- everyone had their own fashion sense, but I didn't see anything that would flatter anyone, no matter their preference. The pictures of the store false advertise that the store is twice the size it actually is. Locally made soaps and chapsticks litter the shop like every other small business thrift shop. I used to love going in and enjoying the atmosphere and prices but for the past 2 weeks I have noticed a big change. There prices are getting crazy on stuff owned by the thrift store every since the owner has come back to the store. The music is enough to make me walk out with in minutes and the store is not as clean. floor is getting cluttered with stuff and the shelfs are not as organised as it use to be. It is starting to look and feel like it did when she had the Thrift Shop at the smaller location. I have noticed torn, chipped and overly dirty items with in the store for sale now where this types of items were not for sale when the store was ran by a married couple that used to work there. This once cute store has gone down hill fast. read more

My first visit. This is a small boutique stating 'Upscale Clothing/ Misc". You'll find mostly clothing, purses, shoes, jewelry. If you're looking for homegoods this is not the place. They did have a small shelf of books/knick knacks. I wasn't impressed that the one employee (owner) was on the phone the entire 20mins I was browsing. Made it difficult to ask for prices or any questions. I couldn't locate a price list and not all clothing was tagged. Also, I did not see a dressing room in which to try on clothes or even a seat to try on shoes. They did have nice quality items although I felt they were priced a little higher than "Revolve or Threads" in Morro Bay.......Note to owner: Dressing room/bench would really help make sales. read more
