Most of the workers just want to sit down and watch tv. When you do get someone who will work, they speed through as fast as they can, (doing a half-assed job) so they can leave early. When they sweep, they don't even sweep under the dining table. There could be visible crumbs, and they will leave them there. When they are in another room from you, they take their phone with them and are always on their phone instead of working. I could give ten other examples on the poor quality of the workers, but on to the company itself. On one holiday, they called to say that the worker had called in sick and they couldn't get someone to replace them, that they would send someone the next day. The next day they said they couldn't find anyone, so wouldn't be able to make up the visit. The next time the worker who had "cancelled" that day came, she said she was told that WE had cancelled! Obviously, the company didn't want to pay holiday pay (time and a half) so lied to both of us to cancel the visit. Their scheduler, Jen, constantly LIES. If you're disabled or elderly, she'll say that you're the one who's confused, to cover up her lying. When I reminded her that I had emails with schedules attached from her to corroborate my complaints, she stopped sending emails and schedules. She now refuses to put anything in writing, and will only speak (more like bark) at you over the phone. She is often rude, condescending and LIES as much as Trump. Between her and the terrible workers, this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with.

My mom was Pallitive and Bayshore only came on board towards her last couple months of life. Bayshore agreed to be there for my mother for the times she needed them and then immediately after gaining the contract did not even complete one week of the home care my mother needed. In fact they made my mothers last days and already having the worry of being at the end of her life even harder and more stressful for mother. Bayshore would schedule people to provide home care for my mother the people would not show up at all and Bayshore would not call or send a replacement or do anything. The lovely supervisor (not) Jen who handles the schedule at Bayshore would change the schedule and not notify my mother of the changes. Bayshore was great for not showing up to do the care my mother desperately needed. BAYSHORE RUINED MY MOTHERS LAST DAYS OF LIFE AND CAUSED HER FAR MORE STRESS THAN ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO FACE WHILE DEALING WITH ALREADY THE END OF THEIR LIFE. I'm writing this review in hopes that it would at least help one person to NOT choose this company. YOU WOULD NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY WHILE ALREADY FACING LOOSING SOMONE SPECIAL. They took a ridiculous amount of my time to check on them following there own schedule that was very precious time I could have been spending with my mother.
