I was on a mission to rescue an old Ford pick-up that had been sitting in a barn for seven years…read moreand towed it into Superior after hearing good things about them. They did not disappoint! Chris and his team were friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgable, and worked diligently to get the truck running while saving me money. They only fixed what was absolutely needed instead of making a long laundry list of unnecessary items. And not only did they get the truck running after seven years in hibernation, but I then drove it all the way back to Denver without one single problem! Extremely thankful for them. I would use Superior again in a heartbeat.

The kid at the desk said "I can't help you" then I said, "is there a mechanic I can speak to for 30 seconds?" to which he replied NO. Yes everyone knows that customer service is 'dead' in America and this proves the point. My brother looked at me and said "I sure know where I WON'T be taking MY truck when I need service" This kid at the desk should be fired if I owned the business. When Chris Walline owned it he was always more than happy to help someone out with any kind of automotive problem and do it with a smile. So, we drove over to Winslows by the tracks and Bruce was more than happy to explain what grease I needed to install the ICM and went as far as to just give me a small amount to do the job for free. So yes, customer service is 'dead' in America but there still are old school mechanic good human beings around here and there that don't think helping a paying customer out is beneath them. Bottom line, pass Superior Automotive and look for a shop that actually appreciates your business. William Edgar 5/28/2026
