However, after calling one shop, they recommended their sister shop, and Glen and his team truly went above and beyond to help us. Even though they were busy, they worked us into their tight schedule at the last minute and repaired our truck quickly so we could enjoy our camping trip. From start to finish their customer service and communication we're outstanding. They treated us with kindness and made what could've been a major road trip disaster more manageable. Our problems included brakes, engine replacement, driveline repair, and electrical. We have been very satisfied each time. Our Jeep brakes, for example, now have a lifetime warranty as do some of the other repairs. I have never encountered this elsewhere. Virg and the staff have been very good at explaining the recommended course of action and the alternatives. We have never had a hint of upselling there- and in a couple of instances, Virg shopped around to find the best price on an expensive part. I've been in shops where it looks like they want to turn a simple repair into a complete restoration, and it's no fun. As we recall, Virg's shop has been here for around 40 years. The mechanics have a little grey hair, and a lot of experience. It's the best shop in town.
