After having some issues with another shop in town, I decided to give JAR a try. Next to marrying my husband, it might be the best decision I've ever made! I have a 2003 Toyota Echo that I drove brand new off the lot when I was 18. It is my baby. They were able to not only fix the problem my car was having but they listened to me and they understand how attached I am to it. Great to work with. Set appointment, dropped vehicle a day or two before set time and left keys in drop box. Waited patiently, they'll call when they have a estimate asking for approval. They called when done, and took payment over the phone. Never felt the feeling to call and check on when it would be done, they completed the work on time and on budget. The best in town!! I had to tow my car because the battery died. JAR Automotive for it done in a few days even during this pandemic. Also, they performed a full inspection of my car and uploaded all pictures and videos onto a digital platform for me to see the report. Not only that, but the communication was just great!
