If you want a prime example of how to not treat a client step on out to Luxury Lash and Brow Studio. Where you will receive overworked employees (it's not your fault) and manager who will change their books without consulting with clients. If you really want to step into luxury, make sure that you have to use the restroom and you'll get there by walking through a hostile. There are a million places within the area to go to get services done and you can receive the same quality with a much better environment and outlook. Advice to employees, you work for a woman who does not care about your books, does not care about your clients, and also doesn't care about her business practices (I hope she isn't in a partnership, and she owns this company herself). Lying about the reason for my issues (1 reason in a voice mail and then another in a text message) and then offering me a free service does not make up for the wedding I was traveling for and the lack of care from my artist. But luckily Vybe in Murrysville got me in before I had to travel, without even knowing me it was my first time. They definitely have a new client.

Melissa the lash tech is unskilled has no idea of how to do lashes, lashes were poorly put on…read moredidn't last a week falling out, bending twisting, separating, owner was alerted with no return call or text, had to just show up to have the lashes looked at, lash tech tried to fix them again! which was poorly done, lashes did not last again less than a week later, I reached out multiple times to the owner she finally calls back gave an excuse she was busy she finally rescheduled to look at lashes and fix them, while fixing them she had an unprofessional attitude talked on the phone while providing a service, put volume lashes on which I did not ask for, I explained multiple times I do not want thick lashes and long, after providing horrible looking lashes, owner then asked how will I be paying, cash or card I was totally shocked since that was my 3rd time for the same lashes that weren't done correct by Melissa, the Owner proceeded to charge 80 dollars!!! once I made her aware I shouldn't be charged for you fixing the messy lashes for the 3rd time and NOT discussing a big Fee of 80 dollars before hand, her attitude became even more unprofessional!!! owner decided to refund 35 dollars which I strongly feel there should be NO fee for horrible services, to be corrected, I will never return also they can only do 1 style of lashes Thick Clumpy no skills at all and Melissa should seek training no lashes should fall out separate flip and bend!!! the owner and Melissa should take lash classes would not recommend this lash place to anyone Horrible!!!!!!!
