It's comically terrible - so much so - that I cannot believe that they offer Henna tattooing as a service. They sit you down on their waiting room seating and do this on their lap with a refrigerated squeeze tube of henna. Not to mention all the smudging that someone landed on the inside of her hand. The henna did not take the first time, so I went back to get it fixed and she did it willingly and even better than before. Excellent customer service and kindness. She really wanted my brows to be what I wanted and it showed! I also got eyebrow threading, which looks great. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place. It is easy to find, park and get into the store. There is alot of room, so it does not feel crowded. Next, I will try the facials.

You were rude and uninviting, didn't even try to communicate to make him feel comfortable or welcome there. You didn't even try to speak to him. Your other stylist even said to offer him a sucker, but you couldn't be bothered. If you didn't want to cut his hair you should have just said that.

My first couple visits went well enough, but my last visit my hair didn't turn out at all how I was imagining. I went in asking for an ashy blonde ombre with some layers and came out with a more yellow toned (see photo) balayage with no layers. I did go back and have the stylist add some layers, which she did at no cost. I'm most disappointed in the color, especially because I feel I was quite clear that I wanted an ashy blonde. I didn't mention the dissatisfaction with my color because 1. I didn't want to get it processed again so soon and 2. Because I was a bit wary of how it would turn out since what I asked for wasn't done the first time. I'm not saying I'd never go here again, but if you're looking for something a bit more edgy/different, there are probably better places to go. Or, before you book an appointment, make sure you schedule it with a stylist who is skilled in specifically what you want done. There are many here to choose from.

I've been to 3 Benefit brow bars at Ulta (Ross park, Settlers Ridge, and now South Hills Village)…read more I love how at all locations they draw your brows out before they start so you can approve the shape, I just recently moved near South Hills Village so I figured I'd give this location a shot. The girl that did my brows drew them out then started to wax. I noticed the wax was a little hotter than I'm used to, but it wasnt to the point that it was painful so I didn't say anything. When she was done she put some kind of oil and aloe gel all over, then put make up all over the area she waxed. I gently cleaned it all off before bed then the next morning I woke up with red blotches all over the waxed area. I'd been waxed with the same wax type at the other locations before so it couldn't have been a reaction to the wax. She either had the wax too hot and burnt me, or the pound of makeup on the waxed area caused a reaction. It took over a week for it to clear up and it was impossible to cover. Really upset and will not even walk foot in this location again.

That if I could have someone pickup my daughter and they could perform the service. First I would like to address the fact the policy was not sent to me via email because upon booking they did not ask for my email. Secondly how disappointing that this is a women owned business and they chose to implement a no children policy. Sadly I can not base this review on a service that was performed but only on customer service and policy and I would not recommend this business based solely on the policies and the way this situation was handled.
