AMAZING! I've always wanted to add some dimensional highlights to my hair but was always too scared they would look unnatural or wouldn't be what I imagined! I haven't been to a salon in YEARS so I needed a refresh and was very picky on who I would go to. I've been cutting my own hair for years (not the best, but got the job done) so Leslie fixed the areas that were uneven and choppy. For the balayage/highlights, I brought in a few inspo pictures for how I wanted my hair to look/the style I was going for and WOW she really made what I was picturing come to life! My hair typically doesn't take blonde very well, but I REALLY wanted more neutral to cool blonde tones in my hair and she literally got the perfect shade of blonde I was going for!! I've gotten so many compliments already on how pretty my hair looks and it looks so fresh but still very natural. Especially with balayage/dimension, she is very talented and knows how to make it look flattering and natural! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! + forgot to mention she styled my hair as well and I LOVED the way it turned out (how my hair is styled in the photos!) The salon is located very close to my house and I always wanted to try it out. They definitely do not disappoint! The salon is adorable, the staff is friendly and the services are great! You start with a relaxing essential oil, then talk through your service. I loved the products they used, and they were not super pushy with you purchasing them. I started going to Leslee about a year or so ago, maybe longer, after my previous hair stylist made a major schedule change, which I couldn't accommodate. I was really sad about having to look for a new one because she is truly a hair goddess, but I REALLY lucked out in finding Leslee first before I got any awful haircuts. Aside from being super nice and attentive in listening to what you want, she then can actually execute everything you want. I'll be seeing her next week for some new color and a fresh cut, and I'm not apprehensive about it AT ALL. I have complete trust in her, and I know that everything will turn out beautifully. Her new salon is so fresh and clean, eco-friendly, and if you're lucky, you'll get to see her amazingly chill dog, Mowgli! I love him. I'd say that the only issue I have with the location is parking. The salon is right on Pioneer, but you have to park on the side of the building in the alley. It's not awful; but my car has a really shitty turning radius, so I end up having to do five and six point turns sometimes if people come in after me and park on either side of me. But that's way more of my own personal issue than the salon's. If you're in the market for a new stylist in the south hills, give Leslee and Roslyn a shout! You won't be disappointed! read more

Your time is invaluable to them. Don't bother to make an appointment, because when you show up for it they'll say how they didn't know they had an appointment booked. It's a slap in the face after reading their strict cancelation policy when I booked. They will charge for 50% of the cost of their services for a no show. In other words - "our time is important, but yours isn't". I think they owe ME 50% of my independent contractor fees for wasting MY time. read more
