They may not be the most stylish or cool of the range but they still do the trick. I had a pair of ASCIS for 3 years. And I work out a lot, so for $200 it is not so bad, if you do get a lot of wear out of them. I bought a pair of Mizuno I really liked the arch support and they have moulded to my feel. A really good pair of shoes and I know they will last me for awhile. I placed them on layby and didn't pick them up till about 2 mths after and they were fine with that. I didn't get any nasty notices or phone calls so that was great.

It was absolutely the best experience I've ever had visiting a shoe store. Beth served me, and she really knew her stuff! When I told her about my particular foot issues she knew exactly what I needed and brought me out a couple of shoe options to try on and made sure the fit was accurate for each. Even though the other staff member was also tied up and there were a couple waiting to be served Beth totally didn't rush me and wanted me to be totally happy with my purchase; she even talked about physio options with me since that's her background. There's a treadmill in-store so staff can examine your gait/strike, and they also work with their own podiatrists. I walked away with a pair of New Balance and have never been so happy with a sports shoe! Even though they are pretty dang ugly (honestly who designs these things) I actually look forward to wearing them. I wish I'd come here years ago!
