As with most outlet stores, there are buckets of bargains to be found. How about a kids hoodie for $5?! That blew me away, and I had to get one for my daughter. The running shoe prices here were on point, with a ton of selection to choose from. It was a bit of a madhouse due to tax-free weekend in FL, but the staff were helpful, albeit running to do so. This place is straight trash. Whoever is responsible for ensuring inventory should be replaced immediately. They clearly don't understand that carrying an inventory of only XL and XXL sweatshirts is not a smart business practice. This may come as a surprise, but there is a significant amount of fit healthy people who require other sizes such as LARGE and/or MEDIUM. Believe me they do exist even though you seem unable to have any in store. Another huge disappointment was there was no available staff to even try and resolve the issue. I really regret having to make the trip so far out of my way driving through the absolute worst mixture of terrible drivers just to figure out how bad your store actually is. read more

Hubby needed a new pair of sneakers so here we are. The store is quite large, lots of workers on the floor kibitzing with other workers, and plenty of styles to choose from. I didn't feel prices were any less expensive then any other shoe store and the clothing prices were very high as well. No deals to be made here. Alas hubby didn't find what he was looking for so we left empty handed. He needs a wide shoe, yet a store this big didn't carry any. Amazing. Where do people with wide feet go to buy shoes? Anyhow, not worth the drive to Ellenton. We'll stick to the mall for things we need. Closer and costs the same. read more

This Nike outlet is always very busy and I can't figure out why. I guess people like the Swoosh emblem. There's rarely (if ever) a good deal at this store and all of the clothing is the same as any of the other/cheaper 15 active wear stores nearby. I've heard that tourists purchase the shoes then ship them overseas to resell. I can only assume that must be true because it sure isn't the measly 10% discount that locals are chasing. Employees are fairly unhelpful and seem to just wander around the store aimlessly. read more

After heading over to Dicks Sporting Goods the other day, I decided to hold off on buying a few Nike Dri Fit t shirts because I figured they would be a little cheaper at the outlet store. I was wrong. They are the exact same price and not discounted whatsoever. Everything in the store that I liked wasn't discounted and if it was, it still wasn't worth the price. The store was clean, I was just expecting a lot more product and much better deals than what was in there. If you're looking for better deals with a different logo, go to Under Armour, Puma and Oakley and you will find better items at better prices. I visited all of the mentioned brands and Nike was by far the worst. read more

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and disrespect that I had to endure by the manager Drew and his team member Elijah. Elijah intentionally tried to say that the shoes that I purchased was in the wrong box and I told him that you barely looked at the shoes how do you know. He was doing everyone this way. I feel like this store has every shoe in the wrong box and that instead of fixing the problem they mislead and then give a price at the register. Who does that?? Then Drew came out of the back with a nasty cocky disposition and just began rattling a price, what is this a flea market? Then I told him that I did not want him ringing me out because he was nasty and rude he laughed in my face. I'm never shopping there again. read more

Good sales but recently, the staff are not using the main cash register machines for credit or debit card and instead are using iPhones. When I visited, they incorrectly counted my bill, and almost over hard me by $40. Make sure you ask your cashier to look at the handheld machine to verify the items. read more

Great store, terrible personnel. Or at least some of them. Walked in 6:45 with the store closing at 7. There was this super rude gentleman Ross, yelling at every single costumer how they are closing soon and how we should basically hurry up. "Oo, the prices go up in the next five minutes". Making fun of costumers right in front of them, chatting with his coworker how shoppers would've been really speedy if the price indeed are rising. He was collecting the garbage and putting it on top on the little benches where you're supposed to try on shoes. After I wasn't able to find a bench eventually tried the shoes standing, while Ross was sweping right next to my feet, counting out loud the minutes until they lock the door. Never experienced such rudeness before. I know I walked in last minute, but if the store is open till 7, I understand I can shop until l 7, not 6:45. The guy on the register however was great!
