Every time I looked at an item and placed it back down, a staff member would come and act like they were making a micro adjustment as if I put the item back incorrectly, but no adjustment was made. There were a few cute items, but honestly, many items were more tacky than classic pieces which stand the test of time. The prices were very high and selection was slim compared to Saks online.

A few short moments later, she came right up to me and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately took me over to the men's section. It was there she showed me a beautiful selection in many different colors I might add of exactly what I was looking for! She asked what size shoe I wore and recommended going down in size since this particular Birkenstock only came in full sizes. When she brought them out, she was absolutely correct! I definitely needed to go down to a 9 and not go up to a 10. She even brought out a second pair in a different size just in case. She was right on point. They fit perfectly. It took me a few minutes to make the decision to go ahead and buy them because this is not a style of sandal I would usually purchase, however they looked great on. She explained that they would start off hard, and as I wore them, they would soften up and mold to my feet. I was sold! I took them and I am very pleased with my purchase. I am excited to wear these on my trip! I was very impressed with this young lady, she exceeded my expectations!

I had the sales person ship them to the store to insure I would get them in time. I was contacted by Fedex on December 21 that there was a delivery exception as they did not have the full address. They told me I had to contact Journeys as they were the shipper. I then called Journeys and spoke with Evan, the store manager. He was very professional and stated he would call Fedex and fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem, but Evan went over and beyond his duties by delivering the package to me himself on December 23, as soon as the store received it! Anyone that works in retail knows how busy it is 2 days before Christmas, yet Evan took the time to make me feel like the most important customer! I will continue to shop at this Journeys Store due to the excellent service and attention by Evan.
