This was my first visit to Tanger Outlets, and would return in the future. The Nike Factory outlet store was clean, bright, well organized and staff were helpful. My search for basic walking sneakers was fast. Special shout out to Evan, who went above and beyond with making sure i had the Nike App downloaded to save even more. The kindness and value of Evan taking the time was remarkable. I haven't been to these outlets in several years but the Nike store is pretty much the same. This isn't a criticism so much of the store itself but of guests who shop there. There was a family who brought their dog in - I love dogs - I have a dog so I'm not anti dog but I do not appreciate people disobeying rules and bringing dogs in that are not service dogs. What was even more awful about this interaction was the family it was like 4 grown adults all crowded onto the bench I was using and put their dog on the bench behind me ! Like directly behind me. I don't know if their dog is reactive they don't know if I'm allergic- it was utterly rude and I would have appreciated the staff stepping in to say something. The people laughed and apologized but as I got up to walk around in my shoes my stuff clearly still on the bench, they completely took over the entire bench and I had to yank my stuff away. I didn't look at anything else in the store I immediately wanted to leave. The line was long we got there at store opening and there was a mad rush of people to get in. I did walk away with two pairs of shoes which was the goal. I was asked about my account I wasn't sure what my brothers info was for his and the employee didn't press for any more info , not telling me if there was any benefit to linking my account. He placed the receipt on top of the boxes in the bag which blew away when I walked out because the boxes were sticking out. Overall, not my favorite experience. Amazing time here. Didn't know of the sale and my husband who has one prosthetic leg found a pair here. The staff was super helpful. They showed us all the sale items that we needed. Two pairs of Jordan shorts and a pair of Nike shoes all for $58 because on top of 40 percent off the staff gave us another 15 percent off just because. I loved the service here. Will always come here anytime we are in the area . From the time we entered they greeted us hello. Very awesome experience. read more

[548] This outlet store is like most outlet stores. It is a hit or miss on when you find a good deal Many times you can find clearance sneakers with extra % off which is a score. It seems I have a popular shoe size as it's slim pickings for size 8 Boys shoes are tough as well but when I find a good one I grab it even when it means kid won't wear for a year or so Clothing - eh. I never find that great of a deal so it's rare I walk out with clothing Nike has great quality which I love Staff is nice if you ask for help but they don't volunteer it I'll definitely be back. read more

I am very disappointed with the Nike store at Tanger, Lancaster outlets store. The wait to get in your store from the moment the doors opened this morning has been nothing short of a nightmare. I understand your store is limiting customers to accommodate social distancing. And bravo to you for that. However, have you realized or neglected to realize the enormous crowd of people standing on top of each other waiting to enter your store. The line is at a minimum the length of your store and honestly people are standing directly next to each other. So in my opinion while your policy may be good for inside your store your negligence is outside your store. read more

I came here to look for specific Nike air max sneakers that I saw someone on Facebook have, and I wanted them. I found out they were Nike air max, but at the time I couldn't find the right color in stock online. We were coming to the Lancaster area so I figured I would give this store a try. I was happily surprised that I did find the shoes in the color I wanted! Now the hard part was finding somewhere to sit to try them on, as there were shoes everywhere laying on the benches and floor. The place seemed really unorganized and a hot mess. No one came over to see if I needed help. I wanted someone to come over to measure my foot to see if I needed wide shoes, but no one was around. I couldn't find any wide sizes anyway, so I just got the regular width. My husband told me the one employee was talking to their friend the whole time while trying to look busy and pretend to work. I wanted to get workout clothes too but I can never really find anything here. It's so unorganized and their prices don't really seem like much of a discount. I thought the sneakers were actually on sale; they were $150 here and I saw them $190 online. But then when I got home I looked up the sneakers on Nike's website again and they did have them in stock now and they were on sale for $150, the same price I paid, so I didn't get any deal at this outlet store. I could have just ordered them online then and not had to deal with the huge checkout line. I mean I guess it's good that I got the chance to try them on first. But I don't really plan on coming back to this store. read more

Wasn't a fan of this store from the second I walked in there. Shoes everywhere! On the shelf, on the floor, on the seats where you can try on shoes... So disorganized. The line was so long and I was hoping my wife wouldn't find a spot where she could try them on... There were customer service people "assisting guests" and they could ring them up from the floor so they don't need to wait in line. The service rep behind us wasn't helping their customer, because it was a friend and she kept talking about how the store was too crazy that day and she was going to "help" her friends as long as they are in the store. In front of us, a woman who didn't speak English very well paid for some shoes that she had off of the shelf. After she paid, some guy who worked there took the shoes. She couldn't stop him, but then when the original guy came back with her receipt, she tried to explain what happened. After we waited in the long line, we eventually paid and were out. I saw that woman there still talking to someone without any shoes... No idea how that mess turned out, but I would love to avoid ever coming back. read more

Came up to find a few deals on running shoes on Black Friday. The place was packed to the gills but the staff did a good job of managing the crowd and had an employee at every register which kept things flowing smooth. I've already written a review on tangers in general, this nike store is awesome, in fact, it's sad i goto my gym from nike head to shoe. If you want workout clothes, look on the clearance rack, you'll see lots of dryfit clothes, yup the same material as the expensive under armor. need workout bra's? hey i'm no perv my fiance and I shop here lots, and she gets good deals on dryfit workout bra's she does cross training and running... so well i don't have much to offer on that. Big sneaker selection and stuff, so yea. oh, always buy when you have a coupon btw, you save lots, i have tips on my tanger's review. read more

This outlet was by far my favorite stop on my shopping excursion. I bought a few racer back cotton shirts for $2.97 each and grabbed a pair of sneakers for $21.99. When I got to the register, the sneakers actually rang for $14.99; steal! The employees were really nice and the store itself was clean and organized. The selection of size 9.5 and 10 sneakers on the clearance wall was a little disappointing, but I shouldn't complain since I was able to find a pair. I'm looking forward to next years Christmas shopping trip to this store and maybe a few spontaneous summer trips as well! read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon. Place was busy and well staffed. Employees were helpful and answered all our questions and price checks. We didn't find anything wanted and there was no sale going on except clearance items on the shelves. Hope to make it back here in the future and maybe will find something. read more

Came to the store July 3rd. Was greeted by two very unpleasant workers "standing guard" at the door. I spent 2 hours driving to get to the store for my son. The workers would not permit anyone to go into the store even though there weren't many people in the store. My wife was in the store and they still would not let me go in. They turned away at least 20 people while I was standing there. Very unprofessional. Will never come here again!! And heard at least five others say the same thing. Luckily Timberland and Under Armour were open and had great sales and we went elsewhere to spend our money there were four of us yesterday so hundreds of dollars was spent at these other stores which had incredible sales!! The workers actually had the gall to tell us that people stood outside and would wait an hour or two just to get into their store all day. We went to these various other stores and did not have to wait at all. I would not recommend this Nike store to anyone. We've been to the other Nike store in Limerick and the customer service is so much better. They really need to retrain their staff they come off is highly abrasive unprofessional and just downright nasty. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Nike!! You will get better customer service and deals at the other various stores throughout Tanger Outlet. Ended up getting a nice pair of Nike Slides at the Famous Footwear for a great deal and lots of Under Armour at their store. my son got a great winter jacket at Timberland that was normally $284 for $25. Glad we didn't totally waste our trip here. read more

A friend of mines found a jacket in the Limerick store, we were advised that this location was 1of 2 locations that had it in stock. It was after 9 on Saturday and the trek was roughly 1hour 10 mins according to WAZE. Against my better judgement I allowed my friend to jump in my drivers seat like a bat out of hell just to "try" to make it before they closed at 10. It wasn't promising... and we didn't make it before they closed BUT these wonderful people were gracious enough to allow my friend to purchase the jacket after closing hours approximately 10:20 on a Saturday. They entertained his numerous phone calls about making exceptions to purchase it. He probably called 6 more more times. He even asked on 1 call could he provide his cc # over the phone and they leave it outside the door. I don't think I would have been as gracious, but I definitely appreciate the excellent experience that was provided in making my obnoxious friend happy. read more
