The Nike outlet can be very hit or miss but always seems to have good prices on at least a small selection of shoes. The day that I visited, they were also offering an additional discount off of the clearance shoes. The store is neat and even with lots of shoppers never gets out of hand with the mess, but I'm never quite able to find what I'm looking for. I think it's because the store is so well shopped but if I were a mom looking for back to school options for kids or needing some additional shoes for work this is definitely a place that I will start for some good deals and bargains. The service is always pretty good, but I don't really need much assistance when I'm in the store. read more

This location stays packed but it's pretty organized. Be prepared to have patience and wait because the line can move slow. Staff is friendly and willing to help you if needed. The prices here are expensive especially for their clothing but you can find a good deal on shoes! read more

I've been wearing Nike Air Monarch as my go to casual shoe for the past 15+ years, the ultimate "Dad Shoe". Went by yesterday to pick up a new pair, arrived at 6:47 and was met by a security guard who said the store was closed. Sign said open til 7, website said open til 7, but they had stopped letting people in at 6:45. I randomly stopped here as I was traveling back to charlotte from Raleigh. The employees here were extremely nice and open about what deals they had going on. One lady approached me and informed about the discount through the Nike app they had going on. Though I didn't need her assistance with anything I appreciated her saving me 15%. read more

1. Hard to find an employee working. Had to walk around the store multiple times to find them. But, they were able to find the shoes I needed after that. 2. Shoe model I wanted was prominently displayed on the wall and only available from the back room. Hence the need to get an employee. 3. Security tag on shoes was not removed at checkout. Walked through security panels when I left store and did not set off alarm. Only discovered the tag at home over an hour away from store. 4. Resolution for security tag is to ship shoes back to store, they will remove tag and ship them back to me. No other options were presented and a half hearted apology given. Plus, calling to resolve this security tag problem with manager took about 20 minutes. I was put on hold and had to provide contact information multiple times. Checked out using Nike+ ID which is supposed to link it with my account but this purchase is not showing up and they were unable to use this ID for problem/purchase resolution. I have been to multiple Nike Factory stores recently (Florida and Arizona) and this store was by far the worst experience at Nike. The FL and AZ stores had employees who were excited to be there, helpful, and courteous. These traits are lacking at this store. BTW, I shopped across the walkway at Under Armour and they were positive, ambitious, helpful,... so it is a problem with this store. I would give 1 star but the 2nd star is for the woman who helped me getting the shoes from the back. read more

Horrible experience with Nike in general. I highly recommend another brand of shoes. Customer service was horrible and management. The brand isn't bad at all , it's just the people. For what you pay for with these shoes you need better customer service. read more

Yesterday I've been sitting here about 15 minutes(1:10) and not one associate has even spoken yet along offered assistance. My boyfriend has been trying on sh oes walking back and forth and yet has still not received an acknowledgement. The only reason I'm giving a star is because they had a nice selection of shoes. Still nothing (1:26) We're headed to check out. Hopefully we'll get a hello at least. (1:36) at the checkout the female associate looks as if she's ready to go but maintains a half smile.
