Specialties
I specialize in helping you restore physical balance and rediscover your inner vitality. My practice combines the deep, root-cause healing of Five Element Acupuncture with holistic wellness solutions to support both your body and mind.
I believe that chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue, and stress are often signs that the body's nervous system is overwhelmed and out of alignment. Rather than just treating symptoms, I take the time to truly listen to your unique story and get to the root of your health concerns. By calming the nervous system and supporting your body's natural healing intelligence, we work together to help life's physical and emotional challenges dissolve, allowing your true, vibrant nature to thrive.
History
Established in 2002.
My passion for holistic healing began early in life, sparked by significant physical challenges I faced as an adolescent. Navigating those difficult years inspired me to look beyond conventional medicine and explore acupuncture, nutrition, and mindfulness. Experiencing firsthand how deeply physical symptoms, the nervous system, stress, and emotional well being are connected profoundly improved my quality of life while living with a chronic illness.
It inspired me to understand everything I could about this relationship so I could help others the way my first acupuncturist helped me. I began my journey in the wellness field as a Massage Therapist in 2002, which gave me years of invaluable experience working closely with the body. Driven to deepen my practice, I transitioned to Acupuncture in 2008 after graduating with a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Today, with nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I bring empathy and lived experience to every treatment.
Meet the Business Owner: Nikki M.
I bring empathy, technical knowledge, and lived experience to my practice, offering a calm, grounded, and highly individualized space where you can feel truly supported. I love being a part of my clients' healing process and am dedicated to helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and daily lives.
When I am not working with clients, you will usually find me at home with my husband, Tripp, and our cozy little zoo of three dogs and two cats. I love reading, cooking nourishing meals, learning about health and human behavior, and enjoying the simple comforts of a quiet life.
