Kay Lackner was absolutely incredible to work with. She answered all of my questions, advised me on the necessary steps to best proceed with the claim process, and was always available to speak with me regarding any questions or concerns I had. I called 4 different services, and over the phone Gary quoted me the most reasonable cost, which was honored. Anyway, evidently they have 4 locations in Duluth, and I chose the W. Central location as the one that'd be most convenient for me. Sasha, the young man running that location, was a consummate professional, friendly and helpful, and I was very happy with the resulting federal refund (which I received in less than 2 weeks), as well as the security of knowing if there are any problems I can go back to them to get it fixed. I may buy a property later this year rather than continue to rent, and since evidently the owner, T.J., does financial advice, if I do need it I plan to utilize them again, as they have earned my trust based on the tax prep job they completed for me.

The loan officers I have dealt with are a complete joke, very unprofessional, and seem a bit disrespectful I have dealt with three of them and there underwriters are in the twin city's somewhere! I treat people the way I would like to be treated with dignity and respect! These folks can't seem to do this even at the drive up window! Maybe the new name came with this new attitude or possibly even the employees do not like the way centricity is doing business. Seems to me they are on some sort of power trip and want long standing professional customers to bank elsewhere and that's what will be happening.
