They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.

Yesterday, I was outside playing with my daughter when the owner, Robert, came flying down my gravel driveway to get to the neighbors house. We have signs clearly stating to not speed. My husband went back to tell him this and Robert was absolutely drunk, he had a beer clearly visible in his console. He grabbed his crotch with both hands and yelled "come get your dinner!" to my husband, right in front of me AND MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. He admitted on video that he was working on his second 12 pack. Really charming guy. He left and then returned about an hour later in a different vehicle, doing about 50 mph this time, trying to bait my husband into a fight. We called the police on him but since it was on private property and it's a shared driveway there wasn't anything they could do, unfortunately. Hopefully, if you hire him, he can abstain from drinking on the job and hopefully doesn't kill any of your neighbors driving drunk.

High Power was the most responsive, could come out the fastest to give me a quote and then had the best rate. It was an easy decision to choose them and I'm so glad I did. We got 5-star service from the team that came out; they installed fan speed switches, added outlets, updated electrical to our summer kitchen, put up lights in a bedroom without any and even set up a ghost switch in our closet for a hard-to-reach light switch. Extra stars - I had to cancel on the team on our scheduled appointment because I went into labor. When we finally rescheduled, they brought me a onesie for our little guy!
