First experience with Niky's Sports and it hasn't been good. We had to order new kits for my daughter's club soccer team. Three months later and 5 league games into the season and still no kits. I emailed Niky's Sports customer service (a few times) to voice my frustration. I received a very short and uninformative response. I was given no explanation and was told to ask my club for an update. Not acceptable. Poor value. Poor customer service. read more

Really BAD customer service. I called and They put a jersey on hold for me since it was the last one that they had in the size I needed and my girlfriend went to pick it up, and by the time she got there they had already sold the jersey to someone else. She drove 2 hrs to pick it up because they said they would put it on hold. This is not good customer service and they lost a customer. If They say they will put something on hold for a customer then they should hold it. They never said that they would hold it only for a few hours. Even if you get there 3 minutes before they close the jersey should be there waiting for you because sometimes one drives long distances to pick up stuff. The manager didn't even say here is a discount or anything for your next purchase for your trouble.... This is just really BAD service in my opinion. read more

They just lost a customer. Just purchased some 300 dollar shoes for my daughter she probably wear them 5 min top and started complaining that they were hurting her. The guy that help us even suggest to go half size bigger since those felt a little tide so we did. We when back to exchange them for a size bigger and of course he said no they been use um yea she's supposed to walk and see how she feels them. Might as well just buy them directly from the brand . Very disappointed. I went to look for some black indoor soccer shoes for my son and they didn't have them so they recommended I'd go to their location in bell gardens. I went to the one in bell gardens and they didn't have the size and style I was looking for so Kevin offered to look for them somewhere else so he called a few stores and surprisingly he found them at the South Gate location and in multiple occasions while on the phone with South Gate he told them to please make sure (I was telling him to please make sure they were indoor size 8) and the person on the phone told him yes they are and will be on hold for Jovany. I told kevin I was a bit frustrated because I had to drive all the way to the South Gate location again and that I was going to ask for a small discount... I got there and asked for the shoes that were on hold for me and as they are bringing them I told Lorena the manager that I was going to ask for a small discount because of what had happened and what's my surprise??? The shoes they had on hold for me weren't for indoor, they were for turf at that point I was really mad but calm at the same time. I told her I was there when they called your store and Kevin from Bell gardens location was very clear about making sure they had them on their hand because I had visited South Gate and South Gate had said they didn't have them so Lorena checked online to see if other stores had them and they weren't available so she said sorry.... I would like for you guys to better train the person that said she had them on her hand and also do something for your customers to keep them happy and keep them as customers because a small offer like a 10 percent for the next purchase would have showed that you care( even though 10 percent is almost nothing) I think I would have appreciated the offer and I could have went back at a later day to buy something else but I guess not. So I just walked out of the Store since they didn't have anything that I needed. Which is ok. It happens. But I had to walk the whole store to find that out. Two employees were inside talking right by the counter. I wasn't greeted, acknowledge, or asked for assistance. The phone rang and a third employee answered the phone. The two other employees are closer but their conversation was more inportant. I read other reviews about the bad service. I am a Store Manager myself and would never allow this. read more

The staff is always there to answer your questions, they will always ask if you need any help, if you are looking for something in specific, etc. They will go out of their way to help you & recommend things to you based on your needs & wants. This is a Soccer clothing store no other sport. 5 stars from me. Customer service is always good here. I'll ask for a shirt size from across the other side of the store and they are there immediately. They dont have any problem going back and forth from the back to get what you want. Price's are very reasonable too. They are very knowledgeable of what they sell in the store. I also had numbers and a name added to a shirt. $5 for each add-on good deal.They have Los Angeles FC clothing gear already witch is the new soccer team coming to L.A. 2018. The highest prices, and The worst service ever. Stay away,, at all Co$t i got 2 kids (club soccer) ,2 uniforms, practice uni's, socks, cleats and warmups $800+ dollars of gear. took 5 weeks to get a number heat pressed on. (really) I was told to come back 5x's to pick it up even thou i called before coming in, and got ... "just come tomorrow it should be ready" My Daugters gear still isnt ready (3 weeks) they said it would be 8 weeks until they get it in. ( i can go to china,, get a personal design, and be back in 2 weeks) The TEAM NIGHT with special 20% off everything... they only gave me 15% the items i bought,, when i brought it up to management,, Nicky-- Its cheaper if you just use your clubs normal discount of 15%. (((wait,,, what??)))) its 15% +we charged you for the heat press logos etc.. Me--ooooookkkkkk but you charge me full price for that??,,instead of the team night 20%?? nickys -- oh...yea,, we dont discount the numbering or logos?? Me-- the socks dont need to be logo'ed,, neither does half the stuff i got. I was Lied too by the young workers, lied to bye the old management. I went to Dicks to get the warm up pants that they didnt have in stock for 50% cheaper. They refuse to put my sons number on the pants (even thou i paid for it) (2 weeks go bye i go back ) , and they claimed " your club isnt using theese pants -Addidas Tiro # blah blah"-. I'm am not sure why Nicky's Sport has such a low rating. You can find just about anything for your soccer needs! Every time I come into this store, I always come out with what I need! Yes, the prices are high, but you pay for what you get. All their prices are standard for REAL higher-end apparel. If you want to pay 1/2 the price visit the LA alleys or the swap meet and buy yourself an imitation jersey, but if you want authentic, quality gear, stop by Nicky's Sports. As for the customer service, I've always had a good experience. Just yesterday, we called in to see if they carried baby Club America apparel, which they said they did, but upon arriving they only had toddler Club America gear. It was an honest mistake, but instead of letting us leave without anything, the gentleman and lady offered other options for baby apparel. The man walked us and assisted us with finding Mexico baby apparel, which we purchased. We didn't leave with exactly what we came for, but we didn't leave empty handed! read more

I was assisted by a young man and I was looking for soccer shoes for my son in a size 7.5 for boys or a size comparable in men's. The place looked busy for the 1 sales person. He immediately pointed me out to $200-300 shoes stating that was all he had. Keep in mind this a store with what looked had variety. I felt rushed and dismissed. read more
