I visited this store hoping to purchase FIFA trading cards for my 12-year-old son. When I asked, the owner told the employee in front of me that they were sold out. The employee then hesitated and said he actually had some in his car and asked how many I needed. I only asked for one pack, but he seemed unsure about selling it and explained that he was transferring the items to another store. I told him that if it was too much trouble, not to worry, and we left. Unfortunately, my son was very disappointed and started crying afterward because he had been looking forward to getting the cards. I understand that stores have inventory rules and employees may have limitations on what they can sell. However, the interaction was confusing and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope the store can communicate more clearly with customers in the future. read more

Questions about sizing or recommendations were met with impatience or barely any response. Shopping here feels rushed and unwelcoming, which is disappointing when you're excited about gear. If you want a friendly, helpful experience, this is not the place. You might get the shoes you need, but don't expect a smile or guidance. Avoid this company!! One of the shadiest I've ever dealt with. We needed to order a soccer package...they added an extra backpack in to our order and wouldn't return. Then after we placed our jersey order they emailed and said the jerseys run very large do we want to size down which we did. When we received it was too small and they wouldn't return. Hands down best soccer store in Cali !!! Aesthetically it is sleek, clean , modern and like no other retail soccer shop I've seen . Seriously it's worth going just to see how great it looks. They change out technology that features new lines of cleats , it's pretty dope. They always have latest jerseys and cleats in stock and since they're a chain of stores if there isn't something in stock they will check other stores for you . Customer service is substandard. Ordered $100+ of merchandise online from Niky's only to learn that they would not take back a return that had the tag removed. We still had the tag, it had just had the little plastic fastener clipped before we realized the training pants we purchased did not have zippers at the ankles. We asked customer service to extend us the courtesy of returning the pants with the tag (every retailer has a tag fastener gun and could reapply it). Niky's would not oblige. Additionally, you have to pay for your own shipping on returns. Seems a retailer would stand behind their product with shipping on returns. Not thrilled with Niky's and won't be returning my business to them. read more

I wanted to buy a Elite boot, The retail price was $300 but on there own website it said $240 I asked if they could match the price and said no to me that's ridiculous. Great store and friendly staff. I visited this location with the intent to purchase soccer shoes for my 7 year old daughter who is bing on standing out in a crowd. She was looking for the best and flashiest shoes she could find. I figured this would be the place to go to for the largest selection of shoes. On arrival, I was impressed with the service and was greeted by an employee offering to help. I opted to browse on my own. The store had a huge selection of cleats, soccer balls, shin guards, jerseys, shorts, etc. for adults. Unfortunately I did not find as wide of a selection for kids as I was hoping for. With the help of a store employee, I did end up buying a couple soccer balls, shin guards, and a pump... I found my daughter her flashy cleats elsewhere. I will definitely return to this store in the future with hopes that they expand their inventory for kids as there are more and more kids playing soccer these days. read more

Legit store has great stuff but I find it stupid that if you didn't buy a jersey there and want to put a number and name on it they wont. I took 2 Mexico jerseys to get name & number put on them and they said no. Granted I have always bought my jerseys there but in this occasion they were a gift. Very disappointed. Have shopped here multiple times for my kids stuff. My son opens up his socks and the thread is messed up. As soon as he pulls the socks up they start to rip. I went to the store to exchange them and they told me that they were opened wrong. Pretty said to not be able to exchange them. They just lost a customer. read more

This store is one of the better soccer stores that i have been to. They have all the gear that a soccer player needs. They are very helpful with getting you a size in any product you need. My son loves wearing sports apparel not necessarily playing sports but still manages to destroy his clothes. So I'm always looking for good quality reasonably priced track suits and that led me here. The store it's self is very clean and organized(a mom and pap shop=cute) and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The store manager Andy is a god send, he's so helpful and informative. Usually shopping is difficult because my little one is on the spectrum and I can't really look around if he's upset. But I can honestly say that Andy made my experience a happy one. He showed me their selection, gave me options (based on quality, price range, size and color) and boom I walked out with 3 track suits. All in which my son adores! I highly recommend this place.
