I was appalled to learn that they were asking for over $50,000 for the furnace and air conditioner they had sold to him. Since then, they have been entirely unwilling to answer any of our questions about how they conducted business with my Father, or why six months worth of interest and fees - amounting to almost $14,000 - were allowed to accumulate before we were made aware that the contract was in default.
