There was nothing written down for me to follow and the coach was more worried about her own work out than teaching me what to do. When I asked a question she would just wave at a machine and tell me "just do that" with no explanation of how long, what incline or whatever. Other people kept moving back and forth between the treadmill and rower but I was never instructed when or how to do this. When my name did not show up on the treadmill she said I didn't sign out if the rower, ran back there and signed out for me. She then returned to her own workout before showing me how to sign in and out so the issue persisted. When there is a new client, assign a coach and walk them through the work out. Teach them the routine, and explain the various steps. Don't just wave at a machine and tell them "just do that". I can do that at home or Vasa. I won't be back.

I knew it was going to be an adjustment since I haven't been to a gym in 9 or so years (remember lifetime fitness?). I was worried I wouldn't know how to use the equipment and I would just look silly! That wasn't the case (well maybe I still looked silly but no one cared!). Any questions I had were answered beyond expectation! The gym is very clean, up to date, the equipment is friendly to use, towels are provided (cold ones too, which are amazing after breaking a sweat!!). I used my free consultation with Justin and he was wonderful! He pushed me even when I wanted to tap out! I know it was totally worth it and having someone to push you when you want to quit definitely helps! I look forward to going again tomorrow!! The only downside is the tanning bed is slightly out of date, but in all honesty it's unlimited for only and extra $10 a month. It's still well worth it!

This gym is nice. A lot smaller compared to the other locations…read more Machines and equipment were well kept. They're the only EoS that I know of in Utah that has a Steam room. The only reason I put a 4 is because the steam room was really dirty when I was there. The smell of piss, mildew and ass. Just need a spray down every other day in there. You could see the grime and little bit of dirt piles at the entrance mixed with the steam wetness.
