The amount of bad reviews for this location that are hidden are concerning. I was checking my email when I saw that a collection agency is coming after me for hundreds of dollars when I've never set foot in an EOS is disturbing. I emailed customer service and was told this location, the Kaysville EOS had set me up an account. I'm furious. I have left a voicemail telling them to close the account, as well as sent probably 20 emails to their customer service telling them about the fraudulent activity, and so far to no avail. I do not want to have to get a lawyer involved but this should absolutely not be happening. I've never gave any sort of confirmation for them to bill me in any sort of way. Nor was I notified of any "charge" in the first place. First I'm hearing about it is from a collection agency. STAY AWAY. You will get scammed. I've read the other hidden reviews and YIKES. You're better off going to your local rec center or working out from home as I do. Never weird hidden charges or fraudulently charging you. I would stray far from this place. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I've been to this gym before. Some of the staff is helpful, others are uptight. I've been here several times, but today we were stopped at the door and asked for our IDs to "make sure we were 18 years old". Is this a gym or a bar? They wouldn't accept our college IDs. Why?! Obviously, college students are 18 and older. Then, they pulled up our membership accounts and said we were "fishy" because our memberships were paid for by a card under a different name. When did that matter? Who cares if a family member gifted it to us? This was by far the most insulting service I have ever experience. We paid for it, drove several miles to get there, and yet they refused to let us use the service. Now I have memberships to cancel. Will never come back here again. read more

Wow! What a hidden gem. After being a member with EōS for years in Arizona and moving to Utah I was disheartened thinking I would lose the EōS gym experience. After searching I was happy to find that EōS had expanded and was available here. This location has everything you need... basketball, cardio, weights, flexible hours and a bunch of brand new equipment. Collin the manager has done a great job with the place and is attentive and readily available to assist with any concerns I've had. Matt is also great! He always makes me feel welcome when I come to the facility. Thanks for being awesome! Keep it up! read more

So far, it's been great. I switched from VASA to EOS and the environment is great. The staff is great! It's a lot more affordable than VASA. Only downside as of right now there isn't a movie theatre room or a sauna. It wouldn't matter anyway with COVID but so far I enjoy using my EOS membership. I wish it was open a bit later than 10pm. read more

This gym is large, generally clean and has a good equipment selection, but I cannot recommend it. I signed up for a 6-month personal training contract, and Hunter was a great trainer, but I was being billed for training past the 6-month contract date despite several attempts to cancel and ask for a reason why. When I called and spoke to a manager to ask for a refund, she said "personal training is a separate charge so there's not much I can do", which makes no sense. I had to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back, and it's very unfortunate that I had to to go that length when it could've been handled with a little respect and professionalism from gym staff; instead I was met with vague answers and false promises of "we'll give you a call back later". I also signed forms with a manager to downgrade my membership, but was still being billed for a higher level. I'm very unimpressed. For these reasons I cannot recommend this gym. read more

I've worked in the gym industry for about a year now and could tell you BY FAR EŌS Fitness-Kaysville has got to be the cleanest gym i've walked foot in. The equipment is up to date and problems like, the drinking fountain, cable machines, and upholstery tears have been resolved very fast. This gym is super clean, and the staff is very friendly! I don't normally use this location but was in the area and decided to stop in. I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained all of the equipment was and how clean everything was. The front desk staff along with management was very friendly and helpful. read more

This is an awesome gym with a nice layout. Unfortunately, the hours are horrible. They open at 7am on Saturdays and 8am on Sundays. Six months ago, I asked the employees about the hours and they said EoS will be open 24 hours soon. Hours haven't changed though. Unfortunately I am switching to Vasa so I can workout on weekends. read more

In town for a basketball tournament and nowhere to practice...what to do?.. after calling multiple community centers and gyms with little to no interest in our plight we got lucky enough to call EōS. Colten answered and was not only kind and receptive to our needs, but he was encouraging our team as they entered his facility! He reminded them that mental sharpness was something they could conquer, he smiled as he offered support to their need to run drills, he extended his time and effort simply to make a difference in our team's day. I could not be more impressed with his professionalism. Above that he clearly understands how to grow a business and retain clients by representing this brand with an authentic commitment to their mission and values. Thank you Colton! More of a community feel with people of all ages and skill. A lot of good, newer working equipment and not to crowded most of the time. Peak hours and Covid restrictions with 50% capacity can make it challenging to find an available station at times. But minor compared to so many other gyms. read more

I signed up for a one week membership at the end of June and filled out all the paperwork so I wouldn't be charged monthly membership dues. I was assured I wouldn't be charged - but you may have already guessed I've been charged EVERY MONTH. I keep calling and they refund the charge and assure me it won't happen again and then it does. What a scam. It's a $95 charge every month for a gym that's 500 miles from my home. Don't fall for the one week deal. read more

Beautiful gym with tons of space and lots of equipment. Friendly staff too. There is a basketball court, a turf area for sled pulls and an upstairs for group classes and even more machines. They have a lot of cardio equipment too. Even with the pandemic it wasn't hard to find the machine you needed empty. read more

Love the gym and love the personnel up front. Only went 2-3 times in the span of almost a year. When I decided to close out our account we really liked eos still. When they through in another charge at closing, I asked nicely if a manager would call me. They said, "absolutely, for sure they will call you first thing Monday morning." Did they ever call? Nope. That was symbolic of the management there... loads of promises but no one delivered. read more

Total scam. Not only have they billed me after cancelling but continued to bill me a year after I cancelled. Buyer beware, there is some crazy contract and system errors. Have been on the phone with these guys several times and nothing works. read more

Facility is nice enough , but 2 of the last 3 Saturday's - no one came to open it. When there is a parking lot full of people at 6:00 am, that's not a good idea. The workers have messed up my membership a couple of times... and with as many gyms as there are around- I'd look elsewhere. read more

When eos bought out golds gym I changed my account. I downgraded my monthly payment, canceled my kid care and got a trainer. I tried canceling my trainer after the minimum time (I was told 4 months) only to find out months later I was still being charged. Tried to call only to be told my minimum was 6 months not 4. They said I wouldn't be charged after that month. Lies. I kept being charged. Talked to someone the following month who said they'd take care of it. Covid then hit and all gyms were shut down so I couldn't speak to someone for awhile. Finally got to speak to someone a couple months ago only to find out I had been charged kid care the whole time since aug 2019. The reason I didn't realize this, is the charge for this and the trainer were very close in price. last week I explained the situation again and told them I wanted refunded for all that I was charged ( close to $700). I was told they'd review and get back to me. Finally heard from them today. They are only going to refund 1month of kid care. They aren't willing to do anything else because of course there's no proof I wanted that canceled. Well what about the personal trainer that there is documentation for and the proof I inquired about kid care in November or December? Never will I use Eos gitness again. read more

Outstanding gym with all the equipment to meet the needs of any gym enthusiast. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've worked out at many gyms (LA Fitness, Mountainside, U-Fit) and EoS is by far #1. EoS Fitness has set the standard in gym world. You really can't find a cleaner gym than EoS with maintained equipment and other amenities. EoS Fitness deserves the top spot in the gym world! read more

This is a great gym! Management was super friendly and welcoming and even gave me a free week pass to try it out with my boyfriend! The gym itself is also very clean and has all the amenities anyone who is trying to maintain their fitness or to get fit would need. Try it out! read more
