The worst nail job ever!!!!!

I have absolutely never had a bad nail experience my friend and I went in there because I had to take the car to Galt to get some work done on it. So while we were waiting we saw the salon and decided to go and get our nails done. They took us in right away. He did not speak very good English it was hard to communicate. During the treatment I noticed that the majority of the tools that they were using were not clean nor sanitize. I bled a couple of times during the nail session. And my nails are thicker than turtle shells uneven I am thoroughly disappointed I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Trying to communicate what you want or that you don't want to pay because your service was terrible with somebody who speaks no English makes it impossible. So basically I had to pay for males regardless if I'm happy or not with them because they pretended or they just didn't understand a word I was saying. The moral of the story is that they did a terrible job my nails are uneven they bled and they were so sick and I had to pay because if I didn't pay and just walked out and I couldn't go to jail so I'm stuck with some terrible looking nails and I am very unhappy.

Have to update my review from 9 years ago. Went in tue morn (got a gift card for Christmas) and had Kenny do a gel mani. It was good and he was quick. Place is pretty clean (compared to most all Galt salons) I was the only one there and one other manicurist. I'll be back to try the spa pedi

VERY IRRITATED & DISAPPOINTED!! I'd like to give them ZERO stars!! I've been getting my nails done for 20yrs now. This is my 2nd time coming to this salon. Which was a HUGE mistake. Both of my visits Tammy has done my nails. I just needed a backfill. From the start she didn't listen to what I was requesting. I told her the length requested and shape. As she's doing my nails I notice that the index finger is completely crooked, I explain this to her nicely. She just ignores what I'm saying and says "I'm not done yet", after repeatedly telling her it's crooked she continues to tell me she's not done yet. At this point I'm incredibly frustrated. I tell her the only way for her to even fix it at this point is to redo the acrylic on that finger. But, she continues to ignore me and says "I'm not done yet". She continues filing my nails and asking if they're ok, I keep telling her "NO they're not ok". As she's filing and drilling the whole time she cut me 3 times. My cuticles weren't pushed up properly and it makes my nails that just got done look like I've had them for days!! She filed both of my thumbs so short that you can see the skin behind. My nails are so sloppily done, she couldn't even file them straight. I had to file 2 of them myself to make them straight. I said "you're the professional, I shouldn't have to tell you that they're crooked and how to do your job". I had this same problem months ago when she did my nails. She cut me 5 times that visit. I asked for the manager and he wasn't in today. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. When she finished she sprayed alcohol on my fingers and directly into all the cuts she gave me. I didn't feel like it was sanitary and her hands looked dirty. I will NOT ever go back!! I have a regular nail place. I just needed something local today.

On Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 2:24 pm, my wife called this nail salon wanting to make an appointment…read morefor her 92 year old mom. Tracy, the owner of Natural Nails answered the phone. My wife told her she wanted to make a pedicure appointment for her mom, and she wanted a nail tech that would be careful with her feet as some salons push or pull your feet in the angle they want as they manicure the feet and not be in a rush to finish the pedicure. She also asked that they be careful not to cut her under the nails when filing the nails ( a simple request as many of us, and I know I've experienced that 3 times, has had a nail tech cut under the nail filing too fast or too close to the skin where the nail connects). Tracy the owner told my wife, no, I don't feel comfortable doing her pedicure. My wife then asked, " ok, who else there can do the pedicure and Tracy ( may I remind you " The Owner ", told my wife and I'm quoting, " no one, call someone else! Are you kidding me? My wife and I have been hair salon owners for over 25 years and 10 of those years we had a massage therapist and a nail tech in our salon, back when that was common and the nail salons were not popular yet. Never did our nail tech tell someone they don't want to take the time to be careful or they can care less if they cut you rushing through their service! Never have any other nail salon we've taken her mother to even show any sign of hesitation or displeasure with those requests! And realistically, that shouldn't even be a thing you have to say, but, as I said, I've been cut under my nails on both manicures and pedicures by nail techs who are rushing through their service because they have waiting customers or because they lose focus talking with their coworkers. We normally take her mom to a nice nail salon in Elk Grove but they could not fit her in today. So we opted to try this local nail salon. In a time where the economy is tanked, cost are up and business struggling to survive, that's your business module Tracy? I won't be sad if you closed your doors tomorrow! You have all but spelled out you're not at all worried about customer service, just taking money for low expectation clients. Any bank ATM can take money, however, I hope all Galt citizens protest against careless and low quality services ( or lack there of) like Natural Nails! Every dollar you spend is a vote! Galt family and citizens, vote for some other nail salon salon, but never Natural Nails! Our Galt seniors deserve more respect than someone who wants to only attract low expectation clients that will accept substandard low quality work and still expect a tip! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Demand Better, and vote where they care about you, not just your wallet or purse! OH WOW! Tracy responded to my review, and just like a low class business owner, she accused us of being rude to her and her staff all the time. That's laughable since the last time we've been in that nail salon was over 8 years ago! Perhaps you have us confused with the over 32 negative reviews in an eight year period that all are consistently complain about the exact same thing! Lack of service, cutting their nails until bleeding and price gouging, oh and talking disrespectfully about your customers. For the record that's 4 negative reviews a year, not to mention that studies show that 90% of customers leave silently without voicing their concerns. I've copied and paste that for you just in case you want to discredit me and call me a liar on that to! Here it is from Google itself! Do Galt a favor, close your doors! Don't go away mad, just go away! By the way, it looks like you miraculously learned English because when my wife was trying to speak with you on the phone you pretended to not understand her for part of the conversation. I wish your service was as good as the English in your response! In short, if you have an average of 4 negative reviews a year, according to that google study, that means 16 other dissatisfied customers a year silently leave your business and go away mad to never return! Thats a huge number of pist off people! I'm just saying! 90% of dissatisfied customers remain silent. Most dissatisfied customers never voice their concerns. Research shows that roughly 90% leave without providing any feedback. In a restaurant, that means the majority of lost customers exit silently.Apr 3, 2026
