I don't know who I was speaking to, but I have never had any salon be so rude. They were short, demanding, and honestly a little insulting. After reading the other reviews, I am now glad I didn't decide to give them a try. I understand salons have issues with people canceling or giving them the run around, but it seems like a really bad business practice to treat people that way before they even have a chance of becoming repeat customers.

Sarah called and ran out of time. Told her this was important and took a lot of bravery from me. She said she call back. I was very willing to come in even later, or after 5:30 when I get back into town from work during the week. She never called back. After an hour, I finally called back. She didnt even talk to me. Said she had no time to cut my hair at the time they gave me, today at all!! After that I was willing to come next Sat. but before noon. My whole day was centered around this appt today and I didnt want to waste another whole Sat waiting! They could not accommodate me. This is unprofessional at best. It is not my fault she does not manage her time better. I understand emergencies come up, but that was never the explanation. She told me " her day got ahead of her" She never called back, left me hanging to only have me call back and was un-willing to see me later, if she was running late.
