This place is amazing! I don't tan often but a friend recommended Tanner's Paradise. Madison helped us and was very kind and professional. This is my absolute favorite tanning salon I have been to, especially after moving to Eugene from Portland. There are so many different beds to choose from and a HUGE variety of lotions. The girls working here are the absolute sweetest and the prices are great. It hasn't taken me long to get a good base tan because the beds are so nice. read more

My wife and i started coming here a few weeks before our vegas trip to avoid showing off our oregon farmer tan. They have good deals on tanning packages and the staff has been friendly each time i've gone in. The tanning beds look like they were left at a stereo store, the ones I've been in have small pioneer speakers and stereo decks to listen to music, which is actually pretty nice. Since 2012 i have been going here. The owner is very friendly but the associates are not. They often look down on you and appear to be better than most. Once, an african american girl came in to tan. I overheard "why does she even need to tan? OMG" It was the rudest thing i heard, but i kept coming back. I came in after 8 months untanned, and i didn't even get a greet form the three people working. At the front counter, I encountered a rather bad mood from the girls. After all the grief, they do not accept American Express and i walked out. I think i may take my business to Tan Republic from now on. Thanks for nothing. :) read more

I really love this business! The girls are always so nice and they have amazing beds. That being said, one of my favorite beds (the stand up one) was moved outside of a private room and right next to the front desk (as in, out in the open). Very unnerving and a little creepy that they think that is acceptable. read more

I frequented this business between for somewhere between one and two years. It was a good price and the facility well maintained. Also the staff are very courteous and polite. Unfortunately I fell on some hard times and couldn't afford the service anymore. I was enrolled in an autopay contract so from my best recollection I cancelled the service with one of their employees. I found out 8 months later that I was still paying for the service when I checked my account I never use it was previously being withdrawaled from . After attempting to dispute these charges with staff members they called the owner on the phone and he refused because they did not have a record of my cancellation. I think its reasonable that I should have been smart enough to keep a copy of my cancellation. I am giving this business 2 stars because after close to two years of being a loyal customer to this business the owner couldn't even be bothered to give me a call back or communicate with me in any way. I left at least three messages with staff and nothing. It's really disappointing, especially considering I explained my financial situation and I needed help. It would have been great to get even a partial refund, but in the end all I really expected was a call back. read more

Ive been tanning at tanners for years and i love them! The girls at the front really know what they are talking about and are super sweet, ive been to sunsational before and the girls were super snotty with me, but Tanners Paradise is such a relaxing place to get a nice tan, i have also done their versa spay spray tan and its amazing 6 levels to choose from AMAZING!!
