Our 6-yr old female Biewer Yorkie was abused by her breeder. She is a growler, shows what few teeth she has, and does not want to be groomed. Jocelyn has been amazing. Her patience and tolerance are helping us make progress with her. I would highly recommend Nina's. read more

Love love love this place! I have taken my Persian cats to several groomers, some okay, some terrible. It's always scary to drop your pet off and not know what's going to happen after you leave. When I went into Nina's I immediately was impressed by the cleanliness and each groomer had their own very large cubicle. I brought my fur baby in and 2 and 1/2 hours later they told me she was ready. So I know they took their time. It was the best haircut my cat ever got I was so happy!!! And only 10 minutes away from my house which is also very convenient! I highly recommend Nina's grooming! read more

2nd time there since new owner took over. Guess I was spoiled with Nina's personalized service. First time with change and Husband took our boy Schotz so cannot comment except that haircut didn't last 2 Weeks until he started his fuzzy look. This time very disappointed. Dog hair all over Lobby. Was told my dog was difficult with process (never heard that before) and he did not want to walk afterwards and got sick shortly afterwards. Obviously he was upset about something. Also, very unorganized with check in process. Took 3 people to organize lobby while dogs were waiting on tables to complete their grooming. Will give them another chance to get organized (only been 3 months). read more

Took 2 dogs in to be groomed. Was told it would be $90 each. when I came to pick them up the price went up to $240.00. Destiny was the groomer. Worst groom ever. She admitted to not knowing how to do the groom. So that's why it took her longer. She also admitted to having to cancel her last appointment to finish grooming mine. So therefore she charged me more. So she charged me more for her lack of experience in grooming. Also the pad on the bottom of one of their foot was sliced open and bleeding. Facility was dirty. Nina (the owner) knew that I was dissatisfied and said that she would call me back on Monday. She never called me back. Save your time and your money and skip this groomer. Owner does not stand behind her groomers. read more

My 75 pound 9 year old Wire Haired Pointing Griffon is deathly afraid of nail trimming. Nina is the only groomer who has been able to trim his nails. I have had to resort to Vet sedation in the past and I am so grateful that Nina sticks with him to the end. He wrestles, he fights, he howls and expresses his anal glands but Nina doesn't give up. Diane was immensely helpful containing him. Though he is so very difficult, she loves on him in the end. read more

This was our first visit and definitely I will not be returning. When she handed our dog back to us at first we thought she had done an acceptable job even giving her a generous tip. When we arrived home loose hair was everywhere. This is when we realized she had not even been bathed. This is when we saw her ears had not been cleaned out, and not even an attempt made to clean them. There was no attempt made to flag cut her tail as we requested. We also ask for her to give a close cut including cutting the hair around her pads. The pads were completely ignored and the overall body cut was irregular. After paying for this service, we had to give her a bath and trim all of the long uneven hair and trim her pads ourselves. read more

I had been taking my dogs there for a while. The last visit was a very bad experience and I won't go into most of it . Only the last bit. When I was picking up my dogs I could see that my one dog was slipping and falling and couldn't get up-legs flailing out from under him - 2 of the groomers just stood there ignoring him. I always give them rugs to use for the other dog as he has trouble with his back leg and the floor is slippery for him. So they did not figure out to use the rugs for the second dog. They just let him flounder for what seemed like for ever then one of the groomers semi lifted him up and some how got him to the door. I was yelling at them through their locked door to use the rugs. When they opened the door I asked the 1 of them why they didn't use the rugs and the response was because he walked in there ok , as if he was doing it on purpose. I explained to her that what ever grooming sprays or conditioner they use on him always makes him slip and slide on our floors off the rugs when he gets home .The lack of common sense is astounding and my dog could have been injured. read more
