Nina is great! We recently went through the process of buying our first home and couldn't have imagined doing it without her representing us and keeping the sale on track every step of the way. NINA ZERBO! Where do we start? We're speechless. This woman is phenomenal. In a conversation early on, where she let us buy her beers at our local bar and call it a "buyer's meeting," she explained the process to us. When she mentioned that it could be a consistent process of pointedly looking, or that it could be a day where we call her up saying "we found it" in order to act fast, I was certain we would be the long-looking type. Shortly after, we decided to pull back our house-hunting efforts for a bit - meanwhile, Nina knew we had some pretty major family events and didn't hesitate to send us super thoughtful correspondence and kept in touch without any pressure to move quicker. Then, on a Thursday night five months later, we shot her a text after discovering that a house we'd admired for years was on the market with an offer review day the following Monday.
