It shouldn't take almost two hours just to get a prescription refill. This is the third awful appointment I have experienced in a row. I'm always patient and friendly to all of the staff because I get it. But this is pretty bad. It's extremely difficult to talk to anyone on the phone here. Sometimes they just don't answer, even if you call within business hours. If you are lucky enough to get an answer, they put you on hold until the phone disconnects. (So basically you are forgotten about)You literally have to just keep calling until someone answers. And really, I don't mind being on hold as long as someone eventually picks up. If you leave a message and they say they'll call back, they won't . Even my pharmacy can never get through to them (which is great, when you're out of your medication and they said they'd call it in)They've also billed me for things I should have never been charged for and it's a huge hassle to get them to sort that out. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or if it's an issue with management. But it looks like I'll have to leave a doctor that I really like because the the office just doesn't have it together.
