I am extreamly pleased with John Heffley Plumbing for a few important reasons,(one) because I…read morecalled late on a friday afternoon and John answered my call and listened to my problem and told me to call Cathy and tell her he had spoken with me and see if she could send a tech out to me , she did and told me it woulld be about an hour.I had no water to my house from a full cistren I just had filled and I did not no why.( 2)Apon arriving about 45 minutes later the tech went into the crawl space and found the pump that was old and had lost its prime as well as had a few other old cracks ,but he was able to restore its prime so I had water .(3) the tech was able to show my son where the old crackes where and advise us to get a new pump and he wrote an estiment and was very professional and very nice as well as taking the time to get the water on and did it all along with explaining the prosses.I was more than pleased with the fast response time,fixing the problem along with the more than affordable bill which I had expected to be more ,I will use them again for whatever I need and would recommend them highly to anyone.

This new company is extremely over priced! Service call $250 includes first hour of service. The second hour is $175. These prices do not include the use of any equipment. So to snake a drain between a washer machine and the A/C unit which is the same room with a drain cost $575. I HIGHLY recommend looking else where. I deal with many plumbing companies having multiple properties and this is the worst I have ever experienced! It's my fault for not realizing I was not dealing with Meyer Plumbing who was a very honest and reliable company. I can not say the same about Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Yes you are correct I was quoted the price of $250 for the service call which includes first hour. I was NEVER quoted there would be an equipment fee which was $150. I have never used a plumber where the equipment to snake out a drain was an additional charge. Your Service Tech did come the same day but that was not my asking. Apparently you had openings. Checking around town the average cost is $102.61 - $125.63 per hour for drainage stop ups. Your cost of $287.50 per hour may be average to you but seems extremely high to me.

Taking it further they just blame the appliance, take no responsibility, and then try and convince you that they are an amazing company and did an awesome job. We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! He was able to snake the drain so that it flowed. The problem was I did not have enough people to be filling an upstairs sink and have someone to observe the plumber, He and is trainee, STOLE from Me, a Brighton leather and silver carry on and a tote bag, plus my standard carry on bag to add my DeWalt jig saw which many extra blades, my Dremel kit with all the accessories,, my lifetime collection of hole saws, and I can not be sure what else. When Management was informant they supported the thief. But they did lower the charge to what I was originally quoted. I would not hire this company unless you had enough personal to watch each and everyone, to prevent having your items stolen!
