I reached out to them last week after water started falling from the upstairs bathroom into the first floor bathroom of the duplex we own. I sent them a message via Yelp and their office responded within the hour, allowing me to pick the time when they would come out the following day. And from there we were rolling. During the initial visit, Cody deduced that there was likely a problem with the flange and wax ring in the upstairs toilet. When they came back the next work day to do the work, we ended up having to get into the walls, where it was easy to see that the 100+-year-old cast iron pipes, original to the home, were actually rusting, with very noticeable cracks in them, leaking water throughout. Over the next day and a half, YSOP replaced ye olde pipes, patched another leak, replaced the flanges on both toilets in the building and moved the plumbing for the basement washing machines, since they already had to work in that vicinity anyway. This was a big job, that didn't come cheap, but they were upfront with all costs and kept to their quote. I also appreciated that they called to give me a 20-minute warning before they showed up each time. Through and through, YSOP was easy to work with, respectful of me and my property and thorough communicated. I will definitely use them again!

We currently have a home warranty and when our water heater began leaking we called to request…read moreservice. Because our water heater is an 80-gallon we were assigned to Nine Line Services. Service was scheduled quickly and our new water heater arrived in time for the plumber. The initial service took a few hours and our assigned plumber was very friendly and helpful to answer my husband's questions. I was working from home and appreciated the interruption and sound was minimal. We did notice a bit of water leakage the following day. While disappointed we needed to spend more time on service, Nine Line came out immediately and replaced a bit of piping that was too weak for the new water heater. After the plumber finished the master plumber came out as well for a final evaluation. We had a bit of an up-charge for the larger water heater. Payment was simple and we have a top of the line brand. Our water pressure and temperature has been wonderful. So thankful for a smooth experience!

This new company is extremely over priced! Service call $250 includes first hour of service. The second hour is $175. These prices do not include the use of any equipment. So to snake a drain between a washer machine and the A/C unit which is the same room with a drain cost $575. I HIGHLY recommend looking else where. I deal with many plumbing companies having multiple properties and this is the worst I have ever experienced! It's my fault for not realizing I was not dealing with Meyer Plumbing who was a very honest and reliable company. I can not say the same about Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Yes you are correct I was quoted the price of $250 for the service call which includes first hour. I was NEVER quoted there would be an equipment fee which was $150. I have never used a plumber where the equipment to snake out a drain was an additional charge. Your Service Tech did come the same day but that was not my asking. Apparently you had openings. Checking around town the average cost is $102.61 - $125.63 per hour for drainage stop ups. Your cost of $287.50 per hour may be average to you but seems extremely high to me.

Keep in mind this is a residential drain and they didn't need to dig or cut into anything. This is absurd but it gets worse, the drain they were supposed to clear, leads to my dishwasher and they seen it needed a new hose SO I HAD THEM REPLACE IT. Now it can't/won't drain and will only throws an error code. Taking it further they just blame the appliance, take no responsibility, and then try and convince you that they are an amazing company and did an awesome job. THEY EVEN PUT ON MY RECIEPT "EVERYTHING WORKING AS IT SHOULD"........ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Added a new room to my home with garage. We had several issues. For example, they placed the water…read morespigot 7 feet high. This error had to be fixed which meant additional holes drilled into my wall. The water lines they placed in the bathroom, were placed with plastic instead of PVC. They didn't place a guard and the holes putting of shelves were drilled into them. Then after they found the leak, refused to call back to discuss and just wanted more money. They tried to get us to use their supply house (for our shower head) and priced over $1500 more than fergusons. Would NOT recommend.

We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He put our minds at rest which meant the world to us, especially being seniors. He definitely went above and beyond! Next up we are getting a bathroom remodel done and Maeser will be doing it of course! They even do garage doors! Please don't waste your time calling anyone else.
